Hello!
My mother and I rested at the hotel from 09/01/2012 to 09/08/2012. I must say right away that we are from St. Petersburg. The purpose of the visit was to rest on the sea. Bought for beautiful bright photos and water slides, but there are such details about the hotel that you can find out only upon arrival! I will state the most important in my opinion.
Accommodation: we were settled in a normal room with a view of the animation, which thundered every evening until 12 at night, but these are all trifles. The towels in the room were damp, ie. someone has already wiped them. To change a room, for example, with a sea view, you need to pay 20-30 dollars.
If you want to change dollars at the reception, then they often do not have small money and you have to look at the rate that hangs on the wall on the left, otherwise you will change money at a different rate, lower by 7 dinars. For example, for 100 dollars you can get 157 dinars, and you want to change 50 dollars, then they will change at the rate of 1.50 dinars for 1 dollar. Thus, you lose money. Yes, money is changed at the hotel only from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 16.00 to 19.00, the rest of the time money is not changed.
The restaurant is a separate topic that causes a lot of emotions in me!
The plates are dirty. The food is tasteless, monotonous, with a lot of pepper. I got poisoned by something. And most of the tourists with whom we talked from our arrival got sick and right at the hotel lay with a temperature. Many were simply treated with their medications without going to the hotel doctor.
Another main advantage of this restaurant is MUHI! Complete unsanitary! If you decide to go to this hotel, then read the reviews. All this is PURE TRUTH!
Have a nice holiday!
On the way back, I wrote my review on the bus, returning to Monastir airport.

Doubting the objectivity of the previous review for 2011, we decided to spend our holidays in this hotel. We took a room with a sea view, but as it turned out later, not only the sea! All the locals, donkeys, horses happily communicated with the water under the windows of the hotel, from an excess of feelings they left huge heaps on the road, which was the key to a lasting aroma throughout this part coast.

All the locals, donkeys, horses happily communicated with the water under the windows of the hotel, from an excess of feelings they left huge heaps on the road, which was the key to a lasting aroma throughout this part coast. The Arabs rubbed their genitals with shampoo, the women rinsed their breeches, which they call washing. Having seen enough of this Chapiteau circus, we went to explore the territory of the hotel. Wretched environment, staff in dirty washed, wrinkled clothes, but everything would be fine, if not for one big BUT! A new aroma of rotten food has opened before us, in general, I would like to say Tunisia is a country of multifaceted smells of amber. So, the food-chicken is sinewy, very old meat, fish-small, bony fish, like our crucian carp, once they gave the tongue, the whole hotel was sitting on the toilets in unison, you press with a fork, and blood flows from it. The last two days, entering the canteen, we had a gag reflex! Tourists went outside the hotel in search of food. I saw animators regularly in the dining room, and then they disappeared in an unknown direction !! ! A rat runs along the ledge next to the bar, I tried to call the manager, but my attempts were in vain, the staff amused themselves at how the tourists shied away from the tables. TERRIBLE GASPANT!!!!!!!! BELIEVE, DO NOT REPEAT OUR MISTAKES! PROTECT YOUR MORAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

Hello!
We arrived at the hotel on 19/07/2012. I must say right away that I am a Muscovite. The purpose of the visit was to rest with a child of 5 years. Bought for beautiful bright photos and water slides, but there are such details about the hotel that you can find out only upon arrival! I will state the most important in my opinion.
The first impression upon entering the hotel: a dirty floor, a feeling of disgust, dirty stained reception windows and the smell of manure or rotting silage.
Accommodation: The first room I was given was on the 3rd floor, and it had to be reached by long, dirty, dark corridors with carpets down which there was nothing to stumble on. And so we changed 3 rooms until I gave $ 20, and they put me in a normal room with a view of the animation, which thundered every evening until 12 at night, but these are all trifles. Opening the bed, I realized that someone had made love there before me and left traces of carnal pleasures on the blanket. The bed was changed immediately. The air conditioner is a prehistoric machine similar to an oily floor radiator from the 1980s, but one thing pleases! He works! For cleaning the room, you must definitely leave a tip of $ 1 or you live in the mud! Moreover, it is not enough to leave a tip, you must also bring the cleaning lady by the hand and show her what you expect from her, then everything will be done at your request and flowers will be delivered to you.
Restaurant (school cafeteria): Oooooh this is a separate topic that causes a lot of emotions in me!
The restaurant is not ready to work on its opening: lack of plates, forks, cups, coffee and cocoa in coffee machines.
Dinner, lunch or breakfast turns into a torment! First get yourself a plate, then stand in line for food, and then when everything cools down, then go for a fork and drinks.
The dishes in this hotel are washed without detergents, dirty plates, glasses, cups, forks with food leftovers often come across. In principle, this canteen can hardly be called a restaurant! The consequences of unwashed dishes are ODS in almost 50% of vacationers. My child and I fell ill upon arrival in Russia, I immediately opened a sick leave. And most of the tourists with whom we talked from our arrival got sick and right at the hotel lay with a temperature. Many were simply treated with their medications without going to the hotel doctor.
Another main advantage of this restaurant is MUHI! They swarm around your table like sparrows at McDonald's for French fries, and it's not uncommon to get caught in food. The restaurant manager reacts to this quite normally, stating: its ok!
The lack of sanitation is complete, the staff who cooks the food is not tidy, they work without gloves! We got into Ramadan and they looked at us as traitors to the people, how can we eat on their national holiday? And incinerated with a hated look!
All this got me, and I gave a dressing to the chief manager Iskander. The situation changed exactly for 3 days, then everything fell into place! It's useless.
The food is terrible! I thought about like in Turkey! No, my dears! They have terrible food! Breakfast is stable: scrambled eggs, cereal with milk, pastries (puff pastry without fillers in terrible trays in Swedish), local sausage and rarely sausages. They cook more porridge (rice porridge with raisins) that no one eats, beans in tomato sauce that smells like manure. Why cook such dishes if they are not eaten?
For 10 days, we have already gone berserk from an omelet with sausage! You can often observe people with their own dishes and with their own food (doshirak, Fitness cereal from a nearby supermarket and chocolate paste)
For lunch, from all the flavor, we chose for ourselves: pasta, sausages or meat and stewed eggplant, watermelon, melon, and so on every day for lunch and dinner! In general, we often bought grilled chicken and seafood in MONOPRIX (a supermarket near the hotel) and ate in the room.
Many tourists left swearing loudly, as they could not find anything for themselves.
Bar: Beer (no alcohol is served in small glasses of 200g, the rest is brandy, local whiskey is just poison! I couldn't even get drunk in this hotel after I ate a fly for dinner!
Beach: On the first day, going into the sea, I stepped on a tee (fish hook). Near the pontoon from which they fish and bathe the entire local wild population (I will post a photo). Women swim in pants, dresses, scarves and gloves. Their men look at tourists with hungry eyes, I could not stay on the beach for a long time and spent all 10 days around the pool.
By the way, in order to get to the sea, you need to cross the road, on which there are horses and who set up a toilet right in their parking lot and they smell sooooo bad! This pungent smell is also around the pool.
You have to get up at 7 am to take a sunbed by the pool. This hotel is for lovers of extreme survival!
Positive aspects: the climate (very mild despite the heat), sunbathing was good, the children were happy, as there are slides in the hotel and very decent pools with a large abundance of bleach. Very worthy massage in SPA Cleopatra. The cost of a general massage is 800 rubles or 40 dinars, but you have to ask for a good massage or just stroke your back.
Bank: it is better to change money at a bank in Nabeul, as the hotel has an undervalued exchange rate. With 100$ They have more than 10 dinars. Do not be too lazy to leave the hotel, take a taxi for 2 dinars and drive to the bank. Everywhere carefully check the change and bargain, or better go for souvenirs in Jasmine Hamamed. There are fixed prices and much lower than in the local market "SUK" or as it is also called the Grand Bazaar.
Enjoy your holiday in Tunisia!

The country is poor and the hotel is ugly, it pulls on 3 * with a big interference. Accordingly, I will subscribe to every word of Argo 31. Taki - YES! quiet horror… The only amendments: The food is quite acceptable, we have seen much worse in 5 * (but, it's a matter of taste and habits). And the people are pleasant - not annoying and impudent as in Egypt, and, moreover, in Turkey.

First time in Tunisia. Rested from 17.08 to 31.08. The climate is good, the weather is great. About the city of Nabeul. The city is loudly said, the village... Around the hotel all the time there are carts with horses, a local exotic taxi. Therefore, the constant terrible smell of manure. The "taxi drivers" themselves are very annoying people, they can follow you for 200 meters, offering their services.

August is their holiday month, so cafes and almost all shops do not work throughout the day, and in the evening everything is packed with locals, so there is nowhere to go, nowhere to walk, and in principle there is nothing to do in the city itself. The advantage is that here the most convenient, inexpensive and common transport is a taxi.
Hotel. The hotel area is quite large. It is located on the seashore, there is just a village around the hotel, so you don’t see anyone except tourists from your hotel and local residents.
We arrived in the evening, settled very quickly, met immediately with local drinks. We were given a room on the 3rd floor with a sea view, very good location and the view from the balcony is beautiful. But it’s almost impossible to sleep at night, due to the holiday, in the evening after 9 all the locals go to the embankment, and they start a local disco, barbecue, swimming in the whole village, accompanied by enthusiastic screams, in general, a very fun life that lasts until 5 am .
Number. The room has everything you need for life, serviceable plumbing, TV with a Russian channel, air conditioning. We rested for 2 weeks, and for the entire period we were given 2 bars of soap and 1 bottle of shampoo 50 ml and the same amount of shower gel. Good thing we had everything with us.
The room is cleaned every day, almost all towels are changed every day, which cannot be said about bed linen... They themselves approached the cleaning lady and asked to change. Linens are not perfect, but they are clean. If you give a tip, it will also decorate the room with flowers, though then you have to drive the ants out of the bed from these flowers.
Restaurant. The hotel has 3 restaurants - main, Italian and Tunisian. The last 2 can be visited 1 time by appointment. And the main restaurant is just fantastic!! ! There they will feed you with such food, which they will not even feed the cattle in our country, they will be afraid to poison it! Vegetables and salads begin to smell sour already at 7 am (from breakfast), they stand throughout the day and by the evening the sour smell becomes creepy and rotten is added. Every day, at least someone, but always suffered from stomach and intestinal disorders. Hot every day is the same. Terribly tasteless, there is practically nothing to eat. Breakfasts are even more or less, there is even a small choice, but for lunch and dinner, sometimes you just didn’t want to eat anything at all, it’s better to stay hungry. Of the fruits, watermelon was the most rejoiced, but it was rare. Most of all, I was struck by large vases with rotten peaches, which you break open, and worms crawl out of them.
It is impossible to drink water from a local bar, the terrible smell of bleach, so we bought water at a local supermarket. From soft drinks, juices "a la invite plus" from the 90s, which are bred here in an incomprehensible way, either like water or very concentrated.
Beach. You can say there is no separate beach, the locals swim wherever they want, take hotel boats to ride, but the guards, in principle, don’t care. Fish are caught all day and everywhere, so it is very easy to get hooked. Horses are bathed here, residents of the city wash and wash themselves. The beach is very, very dirty, in principle, like the whole country. At 6 pm, all the sunbeds are rolled up, the tourists are rounded up. Their work day is over.
Entertainment. The hotel has 2 large pools, the pools are clean, large, they always have enough sunbeds. Archery. It didn’t work out, because they always lacked some spare parts. Mini golf. I would say micro golf. And among the garbage on the golf course it was very difficult to find the ball. Very dirty. The football field is also for mini-football, its surface is sand mixed with tree branches and dry grass, into which you fall through up to your ankles.
Animation. At the very beginning, it’s very interesting, the guys are trying, entertaining, fun for both children and adults. But after 4 days it gets boring, the same thing every day. Nothing changes, neither the people, nor the movements, nor the words, even the order of the songs is the same.
Excursions. There is something to see, interesting, but divorce. You pay a lot of money for the excursion itself, and even there you have to pay extra for individual electives.
P. S. Oh, and if you go there be careful, nice-looking cleaners steal things they like!!!!! ! (especially phones)

I went with a friend for two weeks, the impression of the hotel is bad. Food: I hoped for the best, often the food was served cold or undercooked, there were not enough appliances and plates. Snacking is generally a separate issue, the so-called pizza (flatbread, ketchup, cheese) and french fries, by the way - these potatoes are the most delicious that they offer in this hotel) I almost forgot about pancakes, pancakes themselves are nothing but regret the filling, so instead of Nutella, chocolate diluted to the point of eerily with water and sometimes jam are offered.

I almost forgot about pancakes, pancakes themselves are nothing but regret the filling, so instead of Nutella, chocolate diluted to the point of eerily with water and sometimes jam are offered.
About the theme restaurant, I remembered two days before departure... it would be better not to remember.
Drinking: I didn’t expect anything supernatural, juices eerily give off water (that is, the proportions are grossly violated) you can only drink cola and fanta. then he will worship you, shake your hand at a meeting, and it will naturally be more poured, plus all sorts of flowers, multi-colored tubes in cocktails) after 23.00 the bar closes.
Number: plumbing in poor condition, no refrigerator (no longer 4 stars).
The TV shows one Russian channel (the first one). , answers in German and rubs something in Arabic, only Later or Tomorrow understands English words, for additional dinars they will wrap your towels nicely and lick your room.
Animation: Animators are funny, they hang out all the time by the back pool, where the kids are shorter, the evening shows are the same type, they are built on the vulgarity and stupidity of the audience, DJ Aladdin has the same track list for every evening (a week later I reconciled)
Behind the hotel: do not be afraid to go outside the hotel at night (unless you are a lonely girl) the locals are very friendly, happy to make contact, love to talk, some know English better than the hotel staff. if you go from the hotel to the right to the end of the street and then again to the right , then you can sit in a nice little restaurant with an excellent hookah (in the hotel, by the way, the hookah is a rare shit) and next door is a souvenir shop with FIXED prices, rudely speaking, everything that is in the market is collected in a pile and sold at an affordable price: flip flops, bags, jewelry, ceramics.
In the bazaar, the Arabs are terribly sticky, there is nothing to do there, except to buy cigarettes, well, or whoever wants to haggle is welcome.
The sea is average, until 6 o’clock the beach is fenced off from the locals, I don’t advise you to swim after, you risk stumbling on poop : ))
I'm 19 years old and I'm from an ordinary Russian family, I'm not used to luxury.
Food: I hoped for the best, often the food was served cold or undercooked, there were not enough appliances and plates.
Snacking is generally a separate issue, the so-called pizza (flatbread, ketchup, cheese) and french fries, by the way - these potatoes are the most delicious that they offer in this hotel)

Excellent hotel. Were there in June. I liked it very much. With pleasure I would return there again. The food system is all inclusive. There are two more specialized restaurants - Italian and Tunisian. We lived in bungalows, there are 92 of them, but there are also rooms in the main two-story building. Hotel beach across the road.

We lived in bungalows, there are 92 of them, but there are also rooms in the main two-story building. Hotel beach across the road. The beach is sandy. Umbrellas and sun loungers are free.
Near the city of Nabeul. You can walk or ride on a cart with horses, they are constantly on duty to the hotel, such a kind of four-legged taxi. The hotel itself is yellow, bright, sunny, very suitable for families with children. Beautiful large area of the hotel, with golf courses. There are two swimming pools, active, where classes are held with animators and the so-called "relaxation" for relaxation. http://www. irecommend. ru/content/otlichnyi-hotel-4

just returned from Nabeul hotel Caribbean. Traveled with my husband and 6 month old baby. Before that, I was in Sousse and returned with excellent impressions, despite the fact that I was in 3 stars. I will write briefly about this hotel and resort. The road is long and there are no landscapes except wastelands and dirty construction sites for 2 hours. The hotel is outwardly pretty, they gave us a room with a sea view right in the center of the building (266), they didn’t pay anything extra, maybe because of a small child they gave it like that. room is spacious, clean. BUT!!! ! with a lot of living creatures - flies, ants, lizards. ants are everywhere - both on the floor and in the bed, no matter how we hid baby food, they got into it too. the beach is nearby, literally 5 minutes walk, but as mentioned in other reviews, horses are constantly standing near it and the smell is terrible of course, as well as puddles of their urine and a swarm of flies!
locals were constantly walking on the beach, they weren’t particularly driven, and given that we got on Ramadan, we admired the whole beach every day as parents bathe their children screaming in pain in the sea after circumcision. it certainly did not inspire... as well as local teenagers who sat on the sand right next to us and began to sculpt me from the sand in all details right in front of my husband.
the food is disgusting, again I will say that I have been to 3 stars so many times. monotonously, spicy, what they give you half-eaten yesterday, only after mixing with something like that... with whom we did not talk from vacationers, everyone said in one voice that they didn’t come here anymore. I can’t say anything about animation, because I don’t went to her, maybe the child was already asleep in the evening. but the animators are nice. with regards to the resort itself, it is a huge hole and the locals are not yet ready to accept tourists, just savages. we were very dissatisfied. By the way, when my mzh was pouring water from a faucet in a bar, and the bartender came up to pour beer from a nearby faucet, the water stopped running, and then, as he poured beer, it ran again. I think everyone understands the conclusion - beer is half mixed with water.
the impression of Tunisia was very spoiled, Nabeul is still too early to meet tourists unambiguously.

Hello everybody! After reading a few reviews, I decided to write my own! This is my first trip to Tunisia, but I have been abroad more than once, there is something to compare with. So, dear readers, if you are going on vacation, then the most important thing is to take Good mood and Positive attitude with you!! ! Then your holiday will be much better!
Let's start from the beginning: We went together with a friend, in September 2010 . . Our tour operator Biblio Globus - no complaints, everything is super (special thanks to Eva - the representative at the hotel, very responsive, will help in everything! ), Transaero airline flight without delays and problems, with than they have a wonderful flight specification service (surcharge of 700 rubles per person), we took a morning flight there and an evening flight back, we didn’t lose it in days. The airport in Tunisia, in principle, is the same as probably in all of Africa, no one is in a hurry and works slowly. So you can spend an hour or an hour and a half there upon arrival. But compared to waiting for luggage at Domodedovo airport, this seems like a trifle.
1. It takes 2.5 hours to get to the hotel. We asked for check-in without any problems on the 3rd floor, they gave the keys without any additional payments.
2. The standard room, everything worked: hair dryer, conder, TV (with remote control), cleaning every day (although towels after dinner, but after talking with the maid in Russian-English and for a nominal fee, a couple of clean towels appeared before dinner). So that there are no animals in the room (spiders, cockroaches... ), then it is better not to leave food and not settle on the first floor. In the bungalows, animals were sometimes seen, but for that, very spacious rooms.
3. The food is very, very spicy, but after a couple of days it will become clear that you can eat, everything was enough for everyone. Very tasty desserts. And for some reason, there is a problem with salt, you can look for it for a long time... or feed a couple of waiters (1 - 1.5 dinars every other day) and there will be no problems with anything, neither with salt nor with drinks. In the bar you need to do the same (1-2 dinars, 1 dinar ≈.26 rubles) and all drinks are not diluted!! ! During the holidays you can visit two restaurants: Italian and Tunisian. I advise Italian, cooked with a big Tunisian accent, but very tasty! You can eat there all day from 07-00 to 10-00 in the morning for breakfast, from 11-00 to lunch there is a snack bar (pizza, fries, something like pasta (pasta), some kind of buns... ). Lunch from 13-00 to 15-00, then a snack bar and sandwiches by the pool with slides, at 17-00 pancakes, donuts. Dinner from 19-00.
4. Animation is great! I haven’t seen anything like this anywhere else, the guys didn’t let them get bored from morning to evening, they entertained the people, they spoke a little bit in all the languages of the vacationers. In the morning, gymnastics, archery, a couple more games in the backyard behind the bungalows, then water aerobics. After lunch, water polo, volleyball, tennis, step, dancing (they teach different dances). Guys - animators are not intrusive, if you want to play, if you don’t want to sunbathe, swim. In the evening there is a program (show), and not a single repetition for all 15 days! I would also like to say about our Russian animator girl Dashenka - a very wonderful person, and an excellent worker!!!
5. Since the hotel is a family hotel, in the evening after 12 at night everything calms down there, the majority goes to sleep. So either go to the city, or if a company is going to, you can arrange entertainment by the pools or in the lobby, no problem.
6. Market and shops. There is a bazaar in Nabeul, you can get there by taxi (approx. 2 dinars), but there is not much to buy there, especially if you have already been to Egypt. But if you like something, then bargain until the last. And about silver and gold. If you eat for the first time, or do not know anything there, then it is better not to buy. After a couple of days, gold becomes like silver, and silver looks like some kind of metal. But you can take something as jewelry, but just don’t wet it and don’t swim in it!
There is a super market, it is closer to the bazaar, the prices are fixed, there is everything! for children of different ages, soapy-ryl, alcohol, food, fruits, ....olive oil, which by the way is worth taking tasty and not expensive! From local drinks, you can drink their booze and gin (local), the taste is not very nasty))), compared to the rest.
7. Excursions. We didn't go anywhere, and then we did it ourselves. We visited Carthage Land - very cool! (we went by taxi ourselves, paid for the entrance - it was cheaper and you don’t have to wait for anyone and walk one after another in single file). They took quadra - also class! We were not a group from the hotel, but bought ourselves, so we liked it - we went “almost” as we wanted, sometimes the instructor cursed))). Friends took a tour of the Sahara, and their opinions were divided: for some it was long and tiring, but at the same time it was beautiful, but for some they liked everything.
Oh yes, the most important thing is the SEA - the sea is beautiful, clean (if not after a storm or rain), there were almost always enough sunbeds, and if not, then you approach the worker on the beach, he brings everything from somewhere. The beach is almost clean, there is a city beach nearby, so there are disadvantages due to the local population. In Nabeul, there are very few hotels with their own beach, so this is a plus for the hotel!
So, well, about leaving. Since our flight was in the evening, and we had to check out before 12 noon, the question arose of extending the room. I was very pleased and surprised that the hotel allocates several rooms on the ground floor for free to store luggage in order to take a shower before leaving and change clothes. One number is really a person for 7-8, but this did not stop us. Everyone agreed among themselves who would go at what time, and the key was handed over through the reception. All things remained intact, by the way, we didn’t take a safe at all during the vacation, everything was in bags, nothing was missing (I don’t know, maybe we were lucky). In general, I liked the hotel, the rest itself even more!!!
People, before you go anywhere, read a little about the country and the mentality of the inhabitants, and then make a decision. If it seems to you that the dishes and bedding with towels are not very clean, then for them for the locals this is beyond all frequencies !!! ! And they try their best. If you asked an employee to bring something, but he didn’t, it’s not because he doesn’t want to do it, he just forgot - and this is normal for them.
Thanks for reading my review. Maybe something from the story will be useful to you. Good luck to all! Have a nice holiday!
