I had to stomp at the reception, where, after some waiting, we were offered another room, on the 4th floor. This time the room looked like a normal one, but the safe was closed and the TV did not work, which was fixed only the next day, reminding for a long time that they didn’t give a chocolate bar and didn’t pay money. On the advice of a hotel employee, we rented a safe at the reception and kept the most valuable things there - documents, etc. This service is free and more reliable. Only the size of the safe is small, it does not allow you to store dimensional things there, for example, a camera. Then life stabilized and passed measuredly according to the concept of the hotel. I would like to note the ubiquitous garbage on the territory of the hotel, the untidy beach, from the sand of which cigarette butts, cocktail tubes and other joys of life stick out. The windows and mirrors in the hotel are dirty, the toilets on the beach and by the pool are often not cleaned, there is water on the floor and the smell of sewerage.
Strong alcohol and wine tend to dilute in the evening. The proposed liqueurs (depending on the availability of "Tibarin" or "Sedratin") disappear at about 18 hours, other drinks by 22 hours. Natural juices or nectars are not offered, instead UPPI concentrates are used. The food is generally good and varied. But clouds of flies in the restaurant spoil everything, not fresh, several times turned over tablecloths, which even after washing have a gray color with darker stains, non-washable floors, cobwebs or dusty "nets" in the corners of a beautiful hall, dirty windows and greasy chairs with stained seats. On the ground floor in the lobby, the upholstery of the sofas is worn, torn, burnt, dirty in places. During our stay at the hotel, one of the elevators broke down and was never fixed. Guests from the 4th-5th floor stood in queues. The air conditioners in the hotel lobby and restaurant did not work (broken or not turned on for reasons of economy, I don't know).
There is no good leather in this country, there is no leather from Turkey, silver and gold, corals, and in general there is nothing to buy here except dates and olive oil ...Local alcohol as a gift, cheaper in Duty Free.

However, at 14:00 it turned out that there were no available rooms in the hotel. Almost from 14:00 to 17:00, together with the tourists who arrived, we dealt with the hotel administrator about the current situation, all this time there were children with us, who in total spent about 12 hours on the road with the flight at the airport, on the plane and on the road to the hotel and plus another 9 hours in the hotel lobby. The staff of the Pegas Touristik company practically remained indifferent and did not accept activity in the distribution of seats in those rooms that were free. Only by 17 o'clock we were forced, in order not to stay in the foyer for the night with the children, to move into the proposed bungalow, with the condition that the next day we would be moved to rooms according to the previously concluded agreement.
The bungalow was far from the sea and the main building, and it was impossible to live in it, it was in such a neglected unsanitary condition, there was garbage, dust, insects everywhere.
However, history repeated itself the next day. Only on June 1 they moved from the bungalow to the hotel. It turned out that the windows in the room overlooked the roof of the kitchen extension, on which the exhaust pipes from the kitchen are located and, accordingly, the smell in the rooms was like in the kitchen. Although according to the contract, the windows had to face the garden.
In addition, during the stay, the level of service and service was a nightmare. Eating places are not provided with a sufficient number of mugs and glasses, tea and coffee bags, and often there were none at all; there were no napkins, toothpicks, salt and pepper on the tables during meals; coffee machines installed in the main dining area did not work; there were often interruptions in the availability of dishes - you had to wait for it; the number of seats at the tables did not correspond to the number of vacationers, one had to wait a long time for a place at the vacant table and, as a rule, sit down at dirty, unserved tables; stand up to 15-20 minutes or more in line for food, which was a constant and normal occurrence for this hotel; in the lobby bars, there is mainly only wine and beer, there is nothing for adults to eat, let alone children, sometimes pancakes were fried, but again it was necessary to defend a long queue; places on sun loungers, if you didn’t take them between 6 and 7 in the morning, then there were practically no free ones during the day; wi-fi in the hotel is only in one place, near the reception, and then it is limited, if there were any work questions and you need to contact work or home, then it is impossible to get in touch during the day either for a fee or for free; of fruits, only watermelon is served, and several times there was a melon of dubious origin.
