I would like to know what the boss, who has young staff under his command, does. The tables are cleaned by everyone who was found and brought in, i. e. there is a problem with staff. Change the chef - he is a disgrace to the unique Turkish cuisine. Comfort - during the entire stay (11 days), air conditioning was not turned on either in the restaurant, or in the lobby, or at the reception. They only worked in the rooms. The room was cleaned 2 times without changing linen, equipment (t/paper, shampoo... ) was replenished at our request. There is no animation. I would like to thank shop managers Natalya and...for their help and pleasant communication. I regret the hotel I chose - undeserved stars.
So in order:
Check-in to the room: we arrived at about 7 in the morning, put on the bracelets right away so that we could have breakfast (this was part of the tour condition, they warned at the travel agency), they refused to check into the room earlier, citing that there were no rooms, although people left early and there were rooms. They didn’t want to take an additional $ 20-30 (by the way, not only from us), they suggested that earlier than 14-00 they can only check in with a sea view with a surcharge of 10 euros per day, and then not earlier than 12-00. The manager at the reception directly said that the children were not an argument for him to settle earlier, come up at 11-30, he would say when he settled. As a result, with promises a little more, settled at about one o'clock in the afternoon. WI-FI on the password. The reception manager refused to provide a password, arguing that only after checking into the room you can use the Internet. I had to agree with some worker, he entered a password for us on 1 phone.
Cleaning in the room is conditional, if they come, they will change the towels (and even small ones, large ones do not always change) and take out the garbage, $ does not help, the bed has not been changed for seven days. They removed it on the first day, and then on the fourth and sixth. The bar in the room (Pepsi and juice) is not replenished, bottled water of 1.5 liters must be begged from the cleaners. The kettle in the room was broken, applications were recorded, but no one changed anything. There is no washing gel for the shower, and they are not added, small disposable jars of shampoo and hair balm for the entire period.
The central air conditioner turns off by itself, we asked others, this is also a problem, like broken locks in the sliding door to the balcony, a small child can open it himself.
One day we went to the beach at 10, the towels were already over and they weren’t given out, they were “fed” with promises “in an hour they’ll bring you up”, as a result, at 11-30, towels still hot after drying were pulled out of the wash.
The dining room is small, the range too. From meat, only chicken is 1 type, and if there is fried fish, then the meat is not cooked. From salads you can eat chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. The rest are all options with tough tasteless cabbage. The lines at the entrance to the dining room are long, if you managed to go in and stand in line for meat, it’s hard to find a place, and it won’t be cleaned, you have to look for a waiter to remove and give out the cutlery. Children have an assortment of balls and cereals, you can fill them with milk (more precisely 50% milk 50% water).
The coffee machines are often broken and either don't work at all or pour slightly colored slop. When I was at the bar in the lobby, the girl ordered a cappuccino, she just diluted the espresso with boiling water, they said the milk was over and there was something in Turkish.
Lunch box for an excursion with them was given a tomato, an egg, a piece of cucumber and a piece of bread, without any drinks and slices, I ordered two, they gave out one, and 2 pieces of bread were tied on top to make it look like a double.
On the beach from 12 to 16 tortillas, french fries and burgers, tortillas makes a woman delicious, but you can wait an hour. Fries and burgers are also delicious made by a man in a snack bar, special thanks to them. True, at the command of the management, they hide the burger buns under the counter until the cafe closes, and they say it's over.
Ice cream is distributed no more than two per hand, the queue is about 30 people is stable and there is not enough for everyone, a limited amount is taken out.
Bars are always out of stock, usually the most popular drinks like whiskey, cola, etc. They go to the bar in the lobby, and there are queues. After the next large settlement of Russians, the bartender at the lobby decided not to give out more than 2 drinks in one hand, despite the fact that you have to stand in line for 15-20 minutes, in other bars no one limited the quantity, it’s just that there is no half of the assortment. With Ultra All declared, even local drinks quickly run out, you can forget about imports there. And if you start explaining something to them, they switch to Turkish and pretend that they don’t understand (although 1 bartender speaks English for about 50 years and works responsibly and conscientiously).
There are few umbrellas near the pools and there are not enough of them, those that are from morning to evening are occupied with towels, I asked for umbrellas, they said no more. On the beach, likewise, all normal places are occupied by towels. There is only one lifeguard on the beach and it seems to be still near the pool, there is no one near the pool with slides, both children and adults ride mixed.
Elevator wait a long time, faster walk. One was turned off several times.
A separate "thank you" to Join up: they are not responsible for the hotel's jambs, the guide cannot influence the hotel, when the flight was postponed from 11-30 to 13-40, the transfer from the hotel was not postponed, they started picking up from the hotels at 6 am, we were taken to 8 last. The mailing about the change in departure came by SMS, half the bus, who did not receive messages from us found out about it, the guide on the bus was freezing and did not say anything to anyone, and also wrapped the bus in some kind of souvenir shop to get a rollback there.
In general, the sea is beautiful, excursions are fascinating, people are friendly, and the hotel is go. . . but, there is no more foot.
I'll start with accommodation. We arrived at 8 in the morning, settled us at 13.30, although many vacationers left in the morning with us, and theoretically the room could be prepared in a maximum of an hour. But no. With a child, after a night flight, we had to painfully wait for the standard check-in time, but these were flowers.
Room with mountain, pool, amphitheater and road views. The noise from the road, even with the window closed, is incredible, in the evening noise is added and you can feel the music from the amphitheater. As a matter of fact, there is nowhere to move, because. rooms overlooking the sea, also overlook the road (albeit less busy) and the pool in which animation takes place during the day and music yells.
There are no "do not disturb" signs in the rooms, so whether you like it or not, they will enter the room in your absence, or if you are fast asleep.
The air conditioner, by some strange principle, turns off four times a night. You wake up from a hot sweat and get up to turn on the air conditioner, and this is not only in our room, other vacationers also complain about it.
There are no batteries in the TV remote control.
The non-alcoholic bar in the room is not replenished, but what is there a bar, they don’t even replenish water.
4 bottles of hair conditioner, 1 shampoo, 2 bars of soap, it's good that you took it with you.
Food. There is no variety. Lunch and dinner choices are not much different. From meat one chicken, from fish only mackerel. Before eating, you need to complete the "get food" quest, endless lines for everything !!!! ! The queues move very slowly, the staff is in no hurry. Queuing for the dining room, queuing for plates, queuing for food, find a clean table, find cutlery, find napkins, etc. In the snack bar on the beach at lunchtime the same story. On the beach, a Turkish woman fries traditional cakes, you have to wait in line for an hour for them!
Ice cream 1 hour a day from 15:30 to 16:30, followed by a huge queue, they give no more than 2 pieces in one hand, they stop giving ice cream strictly on time, despite the fact that there are still those who wish. Then explain to your children where you have been for so long and why you returned without ice cream.
Coffee from the machine. Turkish coffee seems to be brewed at the bar near the lobby, but as usual, on schedule and from 10.00. To whom, why is it from 10?
There is no a la carte restaurant.
The hotel has no territory. The whole territory is the hotel itself, 2 swimming pools, an amphitheater and bars.
It is only written about ultra-all-inclusive here, there are no bathrobes, slippers, there are no imported drinks, often there are no drinks and domestic production, and there are no snacks for them either.
The beach is sandy and pebbly, not comfortable without corals.
Sunbeds are a problem, umbrellas are even more of a problem. Umbrellas are small and at a great distance from each other, if the family is more than 2 people, you will rest at a distance from each other. Unlike the beaches of neighboring hotels, there are no tents here. The pools have the same problem, there are few umbrellas and not all of them are in working order.
Bar on the beach until 18.00. When it's +45 outside, at such a time the comfortable temperature just starts on the beach, but "everything-everything-everything, but it should have been earlier. . . "
Toilet near the pool without light (both female and male). The staff does not respond. In the children's toilet near the kids club, there is a toilet with a motion sensor, the light goes out after 2 seconds, waving your hands does not help, you just need to get up and take a step, the children themselves are afraid to go to this toilet. Near the beach there is a toilet for 3 cabins, one does not have a door, the toilet does not work in the other, in the third place... and the unsanitary conditions are complete. Napkins and toilet paper are mostly missing.
There are restrictions at every turn. Food is not allowed on the beach. On the lawn, in the shade, near the pool is impossible, on a claim, give an umbrella, they pretend that they do not understand the language. You can’t go to the dining room without a mask, you can’t go to the elevator for more than 2, etc. etc. "High Security Vacation". . .
The list is endless. . . vacation spent in line. . .
The worst hotel we have ever seen. Later I will add a video review and photos. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone!! !
The animation started on the third day, and all that, at the level of the pioneer camp, the guys tried very hard, but their possibilities were limited. Cleaning is bad, not that we litter a lot, but cleaning is - they smeared it with a dirty cloth on the floor, took out the trash, didn’t change the bed, towels a couple of times, they didn’t clean it at all on the balcony, in the bathroom too. Of the pluses, we were on the 1st floor, the Internet normally catches. The food here is just awful. I always laughed at the reviews of starving people who have nothing to eat at 4-5 *, but this was about this case.
The food seemed to be, but not all tasty. In the beginning, it was generally very poor, then people came in large numbers - they began to cook more. But from chickens - backs, skewers with veins, fish of an unknown breed with a river smell and bones, cutlets in burgers at sea are also dubious, potatoes in some sweet spices, mashed potatoes - mivinka, stewed vegetables are all overcooked. The most delicious - it's peppers, bread, cheese and watermelons with melons, even cakes on the beach. We were with my daughter 7 years old and now she really had nothing to eat (from relative children's food, chicken nuggets and skewers (sometimes), but the latter are not tasty and with a specific seasoning, pasta is always in sauce and spices). If it’s still normal for breakfast, then for dinner the child ate white rice and cucumbers... At the same time, the chef walked importantly around the hall, and I approached him, asking him to at least cook pasta and potatoes separately without sauce and spices for children. . . He said yes, of course, but apparently changed his mind. But next to the hotel in the eatery there is a very tasty and large shawarma, my husband was delighted)))
In general, if you describe the hotel in one word - it's redneck. Redneck in the little things with repairs, in the absence of napkins and toothpicks in the dining room, in pouring into paper ones! (coffee so small) cups, with the fact that they don’t put water and there are no coolers and you need to take it in such small jars, like from under yogurt, because they didn’t want to move us to another room and repaired the door for a long time and 4 days Conder , in that the light on the pier is not on in the evening and in the passage through 2 flashlights, well, and a lot more. We already laughed that it's good that the water is still hot beyond the clock, towels are provided and the elevator works.
Well, alcohol. I was ok (vinishko, beer, some local low-alcohol shmurdyaki like martini, aperol, amaretto), my husband tried strong (whiskey, raki, gin) - everything is not good. They pour a third of a glass) I was surprised that the staff did not speak Russian at all (except for senior managers), nor English, and this despite the fact that the guests at the hotel were only from Ukraine. Maybe by the middle of the season it will get better, but I think that the hotel can be chosen under the condition of a very low price and if you want to travel on excursions, and not be in the hotel itself.
Everywhere continuous lines, sun loungers in the first half of the day were all busy, I had to swim in the pool. There are very few staff, they can’t cope, the service is 0. My wife had a birthday, ordered a cake and champagne, which waited 50 minutes, until I ran to the reception 6 times again with complaints. As a result, the cake was brought, and the champagne in glasses just fell from the waiter's tray right on the table and on us, the holiday was ruined, the money was not returned, despite numerous complaints!
The guides are very arrogant and intimidate tourists (tour operator TUI), they say that if you go on an excursion not through them, then the insurance will not be valid, the prices for excursions from the guide are the lowest - $ 55, in the city 2 times cheaper. The pros of the hotel - location - 2 minutes walk to the sea, territory, pleased with the beautiful sea and weather and wonderful views of the mountains! The hotel does not deserve 5 stars! With a stretch of 3 stars - the ceiling! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL - SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIRST OF ALL NERVES! MORE THERE IS NO FOOT!!!!!! !
1. There will be no cleaning in the room, only if you yourself go to swear at the reception, and that's not a fact.
2. When you arrive, there will be nothing in your room (tea, coffee, water, cosmetics, brochures, beds for a small child), but there will definitely be an extra bunk bed - why?
3. Children's food is no different from adults, and there will be no dietary food either, and there is nothing normal for adults, only chicken and fish.
4. Animation for children 0+ (as written on the site) will not be.
5. The pool towel will not be changed for you.
6. Bartenders are rude and do not understand what you want, they do absolutely not what you ask.
The location is perfect: walking distance to the sea, SPA, shops, transfer services, photography services and much more, you can’t describe everything. Own beach, perfectly clean, three pools. Variety of food, helpful staff, cleaned every day. Upon arrival at the hotel, a gift: two packs of juice, a jar of Fanta and Pepsi, 1.5 liters of water. Towels were changed every day, the bathroom was replenished with shampoo, shower gel and hair mask. Daily replenishment of drinking bottled water. Great hotel for families with children! Vacation in Turkey was a success!! ! Many thanks to our Feechka Natalia from TOP TRAVEL Dnepr!! ! Will I visit this hotel again? Yes, definitely!! !
Territory
What can I say, it is really big compared to other neighbors. There are green areas (perfect for yoga and photo shoots), 2 main pools. One at 150 cm is large and beautiful in the form of an 8-ki, the second at 120 cm - there are 3 water slides next to it, + 1 children's "paddling pool" 40 cm deep. The water and the pool itself are very clean and well maintained. The area is washed every morning. At night they are beautifully illuminated (although swimming is no longer allowed)
Own access to the sea: one through the underpass (40-50 meters), the second ground across the road and alley. Own pier with sun loungers + umbrellas and a bar. The pier is large, comfortable, from it there is an entry into the sea.
Rooms and cleanliness
We had a standard room, the most that there is. But at the reception, as if on purpose, they give the most unpopular numbers, so that later they come back to change them. When we changed 3 times, what they saw. The rooms are relatively clean, but the plumbing is already in need of replacement. In general, you can put up with it, but then you need to boldly take away 1 star from the hotel.
Cleaned EVERY day, even though we did not leave a "tip" at the beginning. And they constantly made some kind of buns: either they will decorate the curtains beautifully, or they will lay out the fruits. Therefore, there are no questions about cleanliness, or we just got such a floor (rooms 44xx). There are Ukrainian channels, but they often do not work. There is a hairdryer and a kettle in the room. Towels are clean and smell good. Bath slippers and bathrobes were not found. Air conditioning worked great, but you need to be able to adjust. The minibar is refilled once free of charge. In it: 2 juices, 1.5 liters of still water, cola + fanta. There is a safe. The downside was that there was no reception phone, although there were 2 phones: room + bathroom.
Food
Here many complained about the cleanliness of the dishes. Yes, we saw a couple of not very washed dishes, but generally clean. Meat lovers will find it a bit tight here, because there is practically no pork, beef, lamb here. Mostly turkey and chicken in different variations. The first courses are delicious, but not popular (and in vain). A huge variety of vegetables in different variations: krill, stewed, fresh. I personally did not like sausages, in Ukraine they are much tastier. Cheeses 5-6 types. Different types of olives. All are very salty. There is practically no seafood, and the fish that is prepared for taste and color, but did not go to me. There are enough and very tasty side dishes: mashed potatoes, french fries, pilaf, pasta grits and much more. Stews, jams, grill - more than enough. You can make your own salad and dressing from fresh vegetables (olive oil, lemon sauce, sour cream sauce, etc. ). Bread is different and tasty: from rye mini-buns to large pita bread.
Drinks: compotes are very sweet, coffee can be taken in different versions in coffee machines, water in coolers (very tasty), cola, fanta, sprite, beer - only light, but good, wine - white and red - normal, but warm. At the bars there are about 10 varieties of cocktails (b / a and alk. ) - drink more than enough. Desserts: not a very large selection of fruits, but enough: peaches, watermelons, plums, melons, apples, pears. There are sooo many and different sweets, ranging from Turkish delight, jams in the morning and evening, a variety of cakes, cakes and all sorts of obscure sweets.
In general, the restaurant is clean, cleaned immediately after you. The waiters are kind. The chefs are cool))) They smile and have the feeling that they like doing it, although it's really hot there. In general, in terms of food, if you wish, you can find what you want for the entire vacation. Refresh 4-7 meals per day. The rest is standard. Additionally: on the way to the sea there is a lunch bar where you can order a relatively tasty pizza or a simple burger. But I recommend trying the cakes from an elderly Turkish woman. If you go to the sea, you definitely won't miss it. Delicious and with different toppings.
Service
The guys at the reception are not friendly, but they are the face of the institution! Guests are greeted like a conveyor belt, without enthusiasm and goodwill. Despite the fact that we are far from picky - but this is the biggest minus that left a mark. The bilboys were standing, discussing something among themselves, and when we were waiting for the room, we were told that the room was ready, but the bilboys were busy, so we starved you for 2 hours and did not settle. In short, we silently took our suitcases and went up to the room, otherwise we would have been waiting and they didn’t tell us why we were waiting. They hesitated to ask for a long time.
Forgot the safe code. But then the master came quickly enough. Fixed everything. But Russian and English did not understand anything and did not ask for money, but we thanked, because helped out.
At the entrance to the restaurant, you are always greeted with a smile and wish you bon appetit.
Entertainment
There are animators. I remember only Maria. Everything is quite standard and every day the animation program is relatively the same. But the guys are still trying to somehow diversify. You can do better) You can play volleyball on the beach or water polo in the pool, table tennis, billiards (killed rackets, cues I warn you right away) There is an Eldar tout on the beach. For money you can ride a banana, a boat, a parachute. In the evenings there are different programs: live music, miss hotel, mister hotel, folk dances, etc. Separate program for children. There is a lounge area, even 3 of these, where you can buy a hookah, drink cocktails (for free).
What is around. Where to buy. Prices. Transport
The hotel itself is located in the small village of Beldibi and there is practically nothing around, except for a couple of shops with textiles and a pharmacy + shops in the underpass, but you yourself understand the prices.
The situation in Goynuk and Kemer is much more interesting. There are more and better prices.
You need to bargain until the very end. The twist is serious. They invented one life hack, about it in a personal.
Money (dollars 50-100) is better to immediately exchange for lira. It's more profitable, because in dollars they count at the rate of 1 c. u. = 5 lira, and you can exchange 5.4-5.6 lire. You can change in banks or in supermarkets (popular Migros).
There are 3 ways to get to Kemer and Goynuk:
- minibus-bus (dolmusha) number 07. The downside is that it goes in loops, going around all the hotels. Price 1 c. u. or 5 lire (although sometimes they can take 6 lire)
- Express bus. But you have to get off the highway. It is dangerous and not a fact that you will catch.
- taxi - the price is about 17 USD The fastest and most expensive way
Nature, environment, excursions
Nature is very beautiful. There is simply nothing to add. It is better to see once than to hear 100 times. Mountains, canyons, sea, coniferous forests, orchards of oranges and pomegranates. We took excursions from a tour operator guide (Pegas). You can bargain (yes, you can bargain here too! ) For a normal price. We only had time for a quad safari + rafting in the canyon. Here, too, in a personal I will write a number of features. It's definitely worth it!!!
In general, you can write a lot more, but there is so much text.
