We left our bags and went to the beach, it took 3-5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach, we returned at twelve o'clock, after 10 minutes. gave a room on the fifth floor at the end of the corridor, overlooking the mountains and the statue of Buddha. Everything in the room worked. There was a free minibar in the fridge (3 bottles of water, a can of beer, a can of cola, snickers, tea and coffee bags) enclose. Shampoo, shower gel, room (not disposable), bathrobes, beach mat, rain umbrellas are present. There is no deposit. There is practically no territory in the hotel, only a swimming pool, a gym, a reception, that's the whole territory. The breakfasts were not bad. Everyone will find something for themselves, they were not hungry. The wi-fi in the hotel was free but didn't work very well. Room cleaning was so-so, regardless of the tip. The hotel is well located in terms of location, the proximity of Kata beach and streets with restaurants, shops and massage parlors, gives more preferences when choosing it. Before the trip, we were a little worried about the weather and waves. Our fears were unfounded. The rain was: 26.10 pm short thunderstorm, 27.10 a little rain during the day (about 15 minutes), we swam and in the evening the thunderstorm turned into a night shower, but in the morning there was not even a trace of rain, then 29.10 a beautiful and strong thunderstorm again in the evening and another 31.10 thunderstorm in the evening. I noticed that the rain came mainly after sunset, and as for the waves, they were, but not as strong as we expected, everyone swam and jumped on them, even small children and the elderly. In general, I recommend the hotel, we were comfortable in it, well, Thailand, as a country too. We liked everything and we were satisfied with the rest and would like to return here again. We decided to spend our vacation in Thailand and did not regret it. The vouchers were bought from the Kuda. ru travel agency, thanks to them. Transaero flew, the flight was excellent and very fast. In Tae we were met by the Pax company, everything that was stated they fulfilled. Well done!! ! They have no questions.

We settled in the hotel "Sugar Palm", spending 20-30 minutes on all sorts of
formalities. The staff does not speak Russian, but a little English + gestures and you can find understanding. The room was on the second floor, all amenities are available.

the sand crunches underfoot, sheer delight. True, they ask for 100 baht per person for sunbeds, but we rested for free a couple of times (the tax collector probably didn’t notice us). We went by tuk-tuk (local taxi) to neighboring beaches, Patong Beach (not
impressed), Kata (I really liked the quieter and calmer beach, because there were waves on Karon in the evening).
We did without lunch, because in the heat we don’t really want to eat.
We dined at Andaman Sea Food, it took 500 baht for two, there is a free bar where you can pick up salads and fruits as much as you want.
We took excursions from our operator: Krabi's Lost Paradise, Siam
Niramit show, we liked it. We really liked the Similan Islands for 1 day (it's better to take time for 2 days).
Krabi, James Bond, Phi Phi Islands 2 days super-super, you visit a lot of beaches and islands along the way, the beauty is extraordinary!!!!
There was also a free sightseeing tour of Phuket, including a visit to the temple, snake farm, latex factory
and a souvenir shop, where of course they offered all sorts of goods, etc. if you want to go, or not.

The hotel is small and neat. Wi-Fi and the gym are free, beer-cola-juice-water too. The room is huge, the balcony, however, is small (this is on the 3rd floor), but there was no intention to sit there for a long time. The hotel does not have its own territory, but there is a long street with shops, markets and cafes, along the entire beach there is a promenade (with a sidewalk! ), And no one closes the beach in the evening.
The location of the hotel is just excellent. Kata Beach is nearby, it takes about 15 minutes to walk uphill to Kata Noi. We went to Karon once by regular bus (30 baht = $ 1), a stop across the road from the hotel. We walked back on foot without any hassle. Shops all over the road, cafes. The same bus runs during the day to Phuket.
Breakfasts are quite satisfactory, muesli-yogurt-nuts-eggs-rice-noodles-bacon-sausages-something national-vegetables-fruits-pastries-drinks. . . In short, they don't feed like that at home!
The small pool always had free sunbeds (people mostly on the beaches or on excursions, like us).
The introductory tour was almost all useful. We also went to Similan, Phi Phi and the James Bond Islands. Very nice! Much depends on the guide, small Chinese families from 10 to 30 people are annoying, but where else can you see such beauty? ! Sea, rocks, jungle. . . Oh, I want to go back!
We had dinner at different cafes, followed the advice of experienced tourists (Tomato, Orchids, Mama, Black Canyon, street barbecue, pancakes with bananas), we also went for a massage according to reviews to the PHU salon near the hotel. Fine!
Visited the evening market on Mondays and Thursdays. Exotic! Fruits were taken there, on other days - next to the hotel.
Of course, due to the fact that the resort is more popular, the prices for everything are much higher than on Chang. But each place has its undoubted advantages.
