Within 4 days, I had to contact the reception several times, and he was across the street, as the phone was in the room for beauty. Phones not working in rooms and safes. The clothes were returned washed and worn.

There are no video cameras anywhere in the hotel.

I do not want to strongly repeat the previous comments, because I agree with them 100% (with negative ones). The only thing that causes positive emotions is the sea. There is no good anymore... The hotel itself, service, food, beach, pools, rooms, etc. , etc. - just awful !! ! Everywhere devastation, garbage, practically nothing works, everywhere is dark. … More ▾ I do not want to strongly repeat the previous comments, because I agree with them 100% (with negative ones). The manager said that she could not tell us anything about the hotel, because. was not there, looked at him, said that 5 stars, this is 5 stars, and even ultra - everything will be fine. No one told me that we also had to go uphill, that our room would be 800 meters from the beach along a road with a height difference of more than 100m, that there would be a funicular - no one warned us, but more on that later. I must say right away that I have not read and do not read reviews from anyone, because the opinion is subjective, but now there will be a lesson. So, upon arrival at the hotel, we quickly and without extra. money gave a room in the forest (which was paid). We received the first shock when we saw the entrance group itself (I attributed this to design quirks), we were surprised that there was no luggage room in the 5-star hotel. Then we came to the "miracle of engineering" - a funicular in the form of a dog, the children, of course, were delighted and happy, but my husband and I realized that we had hit it. The dog was old, dilapidated and required reconstruction, the second dog did not work, we were immediately promised that it would work tomorrow, it didn’t come tomorrow . . As we rode the cable car, we noticed other moments that required either reconstruction or replacement. We got out of the doghouse, went on foot, the height drops began, we reached the forest hotel, and here it can be described with the word "everything is dead": there was once a reception in the entrance group, but now there is no one there, huge rooms are in disrepair, silence...
Elevator - a five-star elevator must be in good condition and in the appropriate form, this elevator is old, with broken buttons, if not ancient, to press the button on the 5th floor you need to make considerable efforts (knock), we lived on the 7th floor, and the numbers 7 in this elevator are just no, just like the numbers 6, however, too. Oh, how nice it is to drag from the beach with 2 small children in the heat (and we left at 11 o'clock), along the path from the mountain and up the hill, and even 2 stairs on foot, this is an "extraordinary pleasure" and then for lunch, and with dinner in the room, but more on that later. In the course of our movement on the floor there was a battered carpet of foolish colors and an incredible stuffiness around, okay, we went into the room. The room is a separate story, in the room of a 5 star hotel the following items should be working: air conditioning, refrigerator, safe. The safe worked, everything else did not, it lasted 4 days, then only the air conditioner worked (after repeated attempts to reach the mind of the staff at the reception) - thank God. We took a room where 4 people will live, 2 adults and 2 children, and beds - 3, a bed for 2 children appeared only on the 4th day. The carpet on the floor is battered, with stains, the shower was cold for 2 days, and all the rest of the water suddenly became sharply cold from warm, or vice versa, boiling water. The furniture in the room is probably from the 80s, shabby, the toilet does not flush well, somewhere something is smeared, glued, smeared. We didn't see any mold.
Cleaning - they cleaned almost every day, the woman honestly changed the towel and sheets, even worried and burst into the room when the children were sleeping in order to hand us a couple of pillowcases. Everything was clean, once I got a sheet with holes, but this is a trifle. Toilet paper changed regularly. They didn't leave any money.
Restaurant. Here language does not dare to call it a restaurant, a canteen, an eatery, whatever you want, but not a restaurant. Worker 1 in the aqua - he is outside and the fans are working and there is a terrible steam room, especially at 12-30 when there is lunch. Here you can have dinner and lunch and breakfast (but the feeling of a gourmand, not food, does not let go, queues for more or less decent, we came at the beginning of lunch and we got everything), in the country you can only have breakfast and dinner, but there is a more decent atmosphere (oak tables, chairs) and quiet music, and there is also airan or tan - whoever calls this drink. Dishes, plates seemed to be washed, but cutlery and cups are just a disaster, dirt, dirt and dirt again. The Turks themselves inspect and select forks, spoons, plates, cups according to the signs of the absence of dried food on them. On the tables there are some pieces of rags (probably a tablecloth) narrow in length 1 m and width 20 cm, they turned them over in my presence, dried them and put them back, the tables are terrible.
Food. From fish, grilled tuna is normal once every 3-4 days, and stewed turkey once every 4 days and black peppercorns float there - everything else is in spices such that the mouth burns. Sometimes there are stewed zucchini with carrots and it was delicious stewed carrots with raisins. Once I saw lamb-cut like our shawarma, but the pieces are thinner and wider (this is when the Turks came for the weekend). Salads: there are different salads, there are greens, delicious tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants do well, in principle you can eat, if your stomach is tinned, then no problem. There were sweets, but they were monotonous, I didn’t see an afternoon snack there either, Turkish cakes, too, they say they were, but my children were sleeping at that time, so I didn’t have a chance, and we didn’t drink any drinks, so I can’t comment on anything here . Practically everything is always monotonous. From fruits they gave watermelons, melons, peaches, apricots, plums (plums are hard to eat, as well as apricots). And so the food is absolutely monotonous and sometimes not the first freshness - stewed vegetables are sour, I don’t know the name of a dish of small cereals with vegetables too. All the meat, soups are heavily peppered, my husband personally got poisoned, they called the doctor 2 times with the child, once they went to the hospital with a severe allergy, then at night with a temperature of under 40 there was vomiting and a doctor came to us, we also know children who were poisoned . Who travels with children: THERE IS NOTHING FOR CHILDREN, nothing dietary and boiled. There is no children's table, the same as in adults, the same fried foods, fried sausages and heavily peppered meat and almost constant rice. For dinner, I gave my children adjustable porridge, which I bought in Moscow.
Staff - the staff tried, smiled, especially in the dining room spun and quickly cleaned, no complaints.
Pool - there are a lot of pools in this hotel, but they are absolutely all in terrible desolation, old, scary to swim, rust, holes, chips, the smell of a strong septic tank, so it's better not to go to the pools. Even there, Turkish women (not all) swim in full ammunition - clothes in which they then go and eat and sit everywhere.
Beach: small pebbles, the entrance is good, clean and beautiful, and an awning is also stretched, but it is better to take sunbeds in advance.
Environment - 85% of vacationers were Turks with children, the rest are ours and tovarschi from the square.
Zoo: goats, peacocks, chickens, ducklings, someone saw a tortoise. . . the children are delighted, of course, you can ride a horse 10 USD/10 min.
In general, I have an ambivalent impression of this hotel, but the chic nature does not outweigh the living conditions and food.
Yes, and also, those who write not to pay attention to mold, to dirty carpet, to unsanitary conditions, and so on, I will answer this way, but how will you recover from the global damage to health that the “rest” in this hotel caused you, from inhaling mold and dirt from the carpet to your lungs, from non-working condos to your s / s system, from unsanitary conditions to your gastrointestinal tract, I'm not talking about your nervous system, which was also damaged by such a rest, and then you will recover, but for a lot of money. And doctors in Turkey, by the way, will never tell you that you have an intestinal infection (as they didn’t tell my child and other children in the hotel) and so on, because they have mutual responsibility and no one will close the hotel, draw conclusions . The registration at the reception was quick and polite, I voiced my request for a room with a balcony and two beds (I was resting with my son), the boy at the reception smiled politely and gave me a room key card. Since we arrived at the hotel at 23-00, we immediately went to bed .... in the morning I decided to go out onto the balcony and admire the views, at the same time see where at 4-45 in the morning the mullah called for prayer, so loudly that I jumped, parting the curtains, I was dumbfounded ... there was no balcony, but there was a blind window overlooking the stone wall !!! ! ! In general, dirt is the calling card of the hotel, it is dirty everywhere: in the elevator, dirty windows, paths in the corridor ... cups at breakfast are also dirty (there is a photo). And here we are on the beach: the sea is magnificent!! ! ! Clean, warm, calm ... small pebbles for children is what you need ! ! ! The beach itself is big, but…. yes, yes, dirty (there is a photo). The sunbeds are close to each other, not umbrellas from the sun, but a canopy, so when all the sunbeds are occupied, to put it mildly, it’s a bit crowded (there is a photo), the dirt on the beach is something, the feeling that it is never removed! Although a couple of times I saw a boy lazily wandering with a bag and pretending that he was collecting garbage.
The bar on the beach is open, the beer is surprisingly not bad, the rest: wine, Turkish vodka and gin have not tried. ... There are no good juices for children, they give diluted powders and just water, of course Pepsi, Fanta and Sprite. Pools: half of them do not work, those that work sunbeds are few of their Turks in the morning, the aquarium does not work and of course ha ha ... dirty, especially in the toilets (there is a photo), it's tough, sorry the photos do not convey the smell! And a little about the good: the territory is luxurious, especially upstairs in the Country, all the children are delighted with the zoo! Forest is beautiful too, Aqua is nothing special. As for the food and the canteen (there is no smell of a restaurant here! ) There is nothing to eat! ! ! The mini club has the same story, Russian kids have nothing to do there! Room cleaning: here I will say briefly: in two weeks they changed the bed twice, changed towels twice, did not wash the floors, did not wipe the dust! p. s this is not 5 stars, but a class tour (no stars), don't spoil your vacation, rest somewhere else, this is the worst hotel in Kemer, and of course it's not worth the money that people pay for it! ! !

What we liked:

1. Territory. Just class. The hotel is located on a hill (more correctly, in a hill). Everywhere there are small paths, passages, small secrets, statues of animals, waterfalls.
Children the first three days just explored somewhere.
There are several pools on the territory (two near the sea and one near the Forest). There are water slides.
The ascent to the hill is carried out by a cable-rail funicular.
There is a footbridge across the road to get to the sea.

2. Number. We lived in a family room (two rooms). All forest-style decorations (green branches, fruits, etc. )

3. Nutrition. They fed well. There is a children's table, and children's lunch and dinner starts 30 minutes earlier (so that there are no crowds).

4. Service.
The rooms were cleaned every day, even clean towels were changed (although I left a $ 1 tip every day). The bartenders and waiters are friendly, smiling if you talk to them like a human being.

5. There are always places on the beach and by the pool. Until 10.00 it’s almost empty (I’ve been to hotels where everything is already occupied from 6 in the morning, there are towels, but no one is there).
Sun beds can be dragged as you like (we are generally small in the shade under the trees, we were sitting on the roof of the bar), no one makes any comments.

But there are also disadvantages.
1. It can be seen that the hotel knew better times. Some of the sculptures are broken (not much, but noticeable).
Some things don't work:
- no steam locomotive
- sometimes the funicular broke down
- part of the pools (or aquariums) is closed
- some water slides do not work

It seems that the hotel is slowly falling apart, which is strange, as it should be in demand because of its uniqueness.

2. Didn't really like lunch.
Breakfast and dinner were held at the hotel itself, and lunch was only at Aqua, and at all hotels. Accordingly, there were several times more people at dinner.
If you come not at the beginning, it is difficult to find a place and the dishes are not always clean (you have to choose).

3. Many Turks, vacationers. Oddly enough, this is a minus. I read a lot of reviews that Russians are pigs, rude, etc. But it turned out that the Turks are even worse. They can pull out a chair or a lounger from under the nose. Take a chair without asking. Pour drinks at the bar without queuing. In general, they behave arrogantly.

General impressions are good. Children are generally delighted, they simply did not notice negative trifles.
One more thing can be said about the Turks. They are very fond of small children. Our youngest just got kissed.

In general, I can advise this hotel for families with children. And if you smile at the staff a couple of times, give a small tip (a dollar is enough) and don’t be rude, then they will also contact you and you will have a wonderful vacation.
