Of the minuses, it is far to go to the beach (600-700 meters). they don’t swim on the beach of MERLIN BEACH (one owner).
PS when the water starts to drain badly in the shower, you need to stamp your foot on the drain hole a couple of times - it helps for 3-4 days...

A very good hotel, if not to quibble. The bed linen was changed every day, the linen was snow-white, although we left it only 3 times for tea. Garbage is terrible. The food is tasteless, in order to gain, you need to stand in line for plates, not only for food. In the bar they play “Americano” and “Alena will give” all the other songs of local folklore, there is no talk of any disco. On the penultimate evening they grilled kebabs right on the beach, so they got their grub. In short, it's shit. Well, if you don’t bother with all this, then the rest is just awesome.

After dinner they gave a room, after the reviews I expected everything. But everything worked, there was no mold, the refrigerator was free, the safe was $1.5 per day. Linen and towels changed every day. If you need something, the cleaners always walk around the floors after dinner. We got the 3rd floor. In general, Nebudi (the most Russian-speaking of the reception) said that it is useless to give money, and they do not like arrogant people. There is a variety of food, everyone chooses according to their taste. Watermelons, melons every day, sometimes oranges. At 17, they give a cake near the pool. The pool (I saw it myself) is cleaned almost every day. The staff is mostly young guys. Cheerful such, always wink. Polite. Many Turks rest there! The Turks, of course, are a sticky people, but it’s enough to say “no” and that’s it. I went to a disco in Istanbul club. I liked it very much. Ali and Mustafa (hotel staff) are always looking after you. For young people, rest in this hotel is the most economical and fun.

The hotel itself is not beautiful, VERY boring, there is no animation at all, the food is HORRIBLE (they give out 2 pieces of chicken per person and don’t give any more) watermelon and melon and salads are served rotten, the refrigerator is paid in the rooms, they are not cleaned every day, the towel is changed every a week, bed linen is changed once a week. … More ▾ The hotel itself is not beautiful, VERY boring, there is no animation at all, the food is HORRIBLE (they give out 2 pieces of chicken per person and don’t give any more) watermelon and melon and salads are served rotten, the refrigerator is paid in the rooms, they are not cleaned every day, the towel is changed every a week, bed linen is changed once a week....service personnel HAMIE, everything on the beach is paid, dirty . . The pool is not cleaned at all, mud floats !! ! People the hotel is 2 * more expensive than 8.000 for 10 days is not even worth going, you will spare yourself and your nerves. HOTEL SHIT!!!!!!!!! ! And for another $ 10-20 they sell rooms overlooking the pool.

We arrived at 6 am local time. First impressions are far from favorable. But, most importantly, make friends with the staff from the very beginning. So, we poured a guy named Dan ("the owner of the reception") some whiskey from duty free. It seems like they found a common language. But in the end it turned out that he didn't understand Russian very well =))) But it doesn't matter either, with his good will we were given a decent number! and the refrigerator is free, and the air conditioner is working, and it smelled nice in the room. Only the safe is paid. But there is nothing to take it for - there is no theft there. In general, the number is normal. The main thing here is not to settle in anything, but just sit and freeze. And they will give without money, the main thing is to decently annoy the staff, but at the same time smile sweetly. And yet, do not take the first 2 floors, there is mold on the walls and it stinks of dampness! we had the 3rd one, it's ok.
Breakfast, of course, is shocking. . . The maximum you can eat is a boiled egg. . . Mayonnaise is disgusting. The cheapest Russian provence seems divine. But I’ll omit breakfasts, we just didn’t wake up on them =)
Lunch - average scall. Chicken, soy meat, liver, sometimes fish, beans and an abundance of PASTA! every day. . . Rice is a luxury. From fruit - watermelon 2 times a day, for 10 days 1 time fish and oranges =))) About salads - it's true, they are made from the remains of cutlets, chicken and even LIVER! Greek salad - every day! The line for food is impressive, but believe me, you will not stay hungry. I personally managed to gain a couple of kg =)
Drinks are of average quality. Beer - like our favorite Zhiguli, vodka, gin... Not so hot, but you can drink! better of course in a nearby store to buy crayfish - cheap and inserts!
As for the pool - there is nothing to say, 5 points! large, clean, does not stink of bleach, but it is there, which is also good! slide nothing, you can ride.
Staff - young nice guys, very sociable, smiling and friendly! they throw everyone into the pool, who do not mind, of course, pour water over them, but they also fulfill their duties. At lunches and dinners - consistently "Preyatnava apetita", with a smile on your face!
Well, what else to say... The hotel, to be honest, is not for families with children. This is more for picky young people: discos in the best clubs in Alanya for only 5 bucks (moreover, a hotel employee is watching you, and if there are troubles with the locals, he will not give offense to you, everything is captured there), games in the pool, winking at the staff. Well, for those who want to get to know young and very pretty Turks. By the way, they love this hotel very much. And the fact that their wives bathe there right in their clothes and veils is not true.
And, 1 more minus, there are no Turkish cakes in the hotel =( and 1 more is that they are really poorly cleaned, bed sheets are changed once a week and towels - never. . .
and be careful on the beach at night - pickpocket musicians roam there.
so, a good holiday for young people, but for those who are older and with children - better look for another hotel!

Sea of discontent and indignation! I read the reviews late, so I would never go to this hotel. About the guide Irina, we can say that this is a person who does not defend and does not represent our interests at all (she would have to shove more tour packages). Bed linen was not changed throughout the stay. They settled in rooms with mold on the ceiling, on the second night the tap broke and flooded by 7-12 cm, the phone burned down (it was on charge and lay on the floor), the flash card was stolen. Hamlo staff from Hamls (some messages in their language), except for Ali and masseurs. Asked to wake up several times, no help. Not a restaurant, but a dirty dining room, the cooks are not tidy (with the exception of the chef, who constantly walked around the hall). The food was often sour, the remnants of food were cut, filled with spicy filling and sold as snacks. From fruits melons and watermelons. No desserts (a pudding that spread over the dish). Alcohol diluted, warm. One brightened up that we met a couple and spent all the time with them. No animation at all. We went with Ali to a nightclub, it’s certainly great there, but for 3 hours it was a bit too much for me, there was tinnitus the next day. Much has already been written in other reviews. I would not advise everyone to stay in this hotel.

Advantages: Benefits - NO! If someone writes that they are, he simply has not been in normal 3-star hotels !!!! If you can’t go on a diet on your own, then you will be catastrophically short of food in Polaris, and only cucumbers and eggs are edible (from which you can crow by the end of your vacation : )), so weight loss is simply guaranteed for you !!!! : ) Disadvantages: THE TRUTH ABOUT THE HOTEL!!! Disadvantages:
THE TRUTH ABOUT THE HOTEL!!!
When you arrive, it is possible that you will be placed in the police building, which is located nearby, despite the fact that rooms in your name will be booked and paid for. In no case do not settle there - KLOPOVNIK, and nothing more. Attitude at the same time - PORK (and this is putting it mildly). FOOD ALMOST NO - all you can eat is eggs for breakfast and cucumbers. Be prepared that there will be only 4 hot trays for the entire hotel - DO NOT Expect YOUR PORTIONS TO BE BIG! (which, by the way, you will not be allowed to impose yourself, as is customary in all normal three-ruble notes)!! ! This hotel is contraindicated for gluttonous people!!! ))) AND IF YOU WANT TO SEE THIS HOT, YOU NEED 20 MINUTES BEFORE BREAKFAST, LUNCH OR DINNER, TAKE A QUEUE AT THE DOOR OF THE SO-CALLED RESTAURANT (in fact, it is no different from Savka's canteen). Tablecloths are torn and dirty - COMPLETE UNSANITARY!!!!!
There is a view from the dining room to the distant sea, but before you see it, your eyes will stumble upon the DASH GRINDER, which is nearby, AND THE SMELL FROM WHICH REACHES THE RESIDENTS OF THE ZERO AND FIRST FLOOR!!!!
THEY WRITE HERE THAT THE OFFICIALS ARE GOOD - SO THIS IS THE TRUTH FOR YOU - THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND RUSSIAN AT ALL, ANYWAY, MOST OF THEM. If you want hot water, they will most likely bring you a cup or fork. Coffee is terrible, tea too, milk is essentially water tinted with milk. Drinks like "Yuppie" - you should not drink !! ! The stomach gives a reaction immediately, and you will have to sit in the toilet room for at least half a day: ) Alcoholic drinks are the cheapest! We monitored prices - beer, which is purchased in bars, costs 40 rubles in rubles. for 2 liters (imagine what could be there....Zhigulevskoe - just resting)
But if you show the money, the Turks immediately begin to understand at least 4 languages of the world !!!!
Housekeeping - HORRIBLE!!!! ! If you leave a tip - not only are they not cleaned, they also take away all the bedding, and leave only a warm winter blanket (in the heat of 35-40 degrees) - NOT FUNNY AT ALL !!!!! ! If the air conditioner will knock out traffic jams - get ready for the fact that you will have to explain to the electrician how to fix it : )))
The taps are leaking in the rooms, the water is very chlorinated. I advise girls to take with them as many balms and hair masks as possible; otherwise the hair will fall out!!!!!
The hotel does have 3 bars, BUT only 2 are open (by the pool and in the dining room). In the lobby, the bar resembles the remnants of the war : )
At the gates of the hotel - SEWER CONSTANTLY stinks!!!
BEACH - HORRIBLE!! ! STONES! Stock up on rubber boots!!!
Meat, as many have already written - NO at all - one soybean, terrible in taste!
Salads - yesterday's, i. e. all the leftovers that remain from the evening are simply mixed and served on the table. Stock up on pills for indigestion!!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL - YOU ARE PROVIDED FOR A WASTED MONEY AND A NIGHTMARE REST!!!
About the rest:
Some are lucky, but extremely rare!! ! If you want to keep your health and nerves - DO NOT GO TO POLARIS!!!!!!!!!!!
Guides deceive looking into the eyes. Prices for all excursions are inflated at least 3 times. For example: A yacht tour costs about $ 40 from the Guide,
in fact, you can buy it for $15-18 (everything is the same! ) If you are told that there will be a Russian-speaking guide on this tour, do not believe it, because on all yachts they put a cassette that broadcasts about the sights (in 3 languages - English, German, Russian). The food included in the tour will be many times better than the one offered at the hotel!!!!
If you are brought to a sweets factory on the day of departure, PAY ATTENTION TO THE THAT THIS IS NOT A FACTORY BUILDING, BUT A SHOPPING CENTER, AND THE PRICES ARE 4-6 TIMES HIGHER!! ! Ask yourself the question: can a product offered at the factory (which has no transportation costs) cost 6 times more than what is offered in Alanya itself (cost + transportation to the outlet + seller's markup).
Cards for 5-10% discount, which will be offered by the Guide - is nonsense. For those who do not know - each guide has a percentage of your purchases in his pocket. You are definitely being scammed!!!! ! Be on the lookout!! ! Do not be lazy to count all the prices for rubles, and then you will understand that you can buy oriental sweets in your city much cheaper than at the so-called factory in Turkey!!!!
Happy holidays everyone! And don't be fooled!!!!!!!!! !

We come to another country, and we must treat their traditions and laws with respect, because they don’t go to visit with their samovar... And by doing this, you you will always be in awe... as it was with us !! ! we were very well met and seen off! And I also really want that when coming to another country all Russians were met well, and not like now, if they hear Russian, then all other foreigners do not want to settle next to these numbers... Think about it, brothers why they stopped loving us so much... JUST FOR THE POWER IS A SHORT!! !
