The hotel has a great location, it is located between the forest and the beach. The beach is 300 meters away, but the bus runs on schedule and takes vacationers to the beach. The beach is clean and the water is also clean. The hotel has a swimming pool, large, clean (I personally saw how it was cleaned in the morning).

The hotel has a swimming pool, large, clean (I personally saw how it was cleaned in the morning). but we spent most of our time on the beach.
Minus for the hotel - paid internet.
The food was delicious, we didn't leave hungry, but not very varied.
The staff is polite, I especially wanted to note the administrator Maxim, he helped us a lot to figure out what was what, suggested if we needed something. And in general, the staff here is good, the room was cleaned every day.
I liked the animation. In general, we will gather again for a vacation in Golden Sands, we will come here)

Rested with the whole family with a child of 3 years. Everyone was satisfied. Rested on the system all inclusive. The food is wonderful, sooooo big choice, it's impossible to tear yourself away from the cakes. a lot of different drinks, I had a very tasty beer, for the child there were juices, ice cream. To the sea 7 minutes walk, but you can take the bus, it's free.

First of all, thanks to everyone who left reviews about the hotel and the rest on the ZP, respectively, influencing the choice of the hotel and the resort as a whole. I will not repeat myself - in previous reviews in detail and mostly objectively. Liked the hotel. Yes, not very new carpet, not very solid furniture - but this is not the main thing.

Everything works, everything is clean, quiet. The slide is not a problem for people who love movement - it is not big, there are shorter options, but steeply up (right next to the Li Di market, a little to the right the path through the Berlin Green Park Hotel is more gentle, with benches for relaxing, greenery, flowers and singing birds. Any route through the green zone is not hot. People with sore feet or vascular system may be difficult, but again - the climb is short, just steep. I like to move, so the whole climb took a couple of minutes. In the resort - EXCELLENT! Beaches - SUPER. Locations hotel in ZP - EXCELLENT, by the way, the beaches are really the best on the ZP, right when descending from Edelweiss and to the left to the Berlin beaches. . I went to the cafe a lot, if you have any questions, I will tell you how optimally and where. I don’t see the point in describing it in detail - everyone has their own preferences. Rest is excellent. The resort and Edelweiss are definitely recommended!

We stayed there a little, but the impressions were good. The hotel is clean, as are the rooms, the staff is friendly. The food is not bad, but leaves a lot to be desired, as they have soy patties, chops, etc. instead of meat. But this is not scary, because the variety of food is quite extensive.

The hotel itself is quite good, quiet, green, with a small territory, quick check-in, good rooms, TVs are really old (especially the 1st floors overlooking the pool with sun loungers on the balcony) good housekeeping, nice pool, beach 6 minutes walk up the stairs past the park , 200 meters from the hotel there is a bus stop to Varna, in principle the hotel is ideal for families with children, but here there are minuses: 1) wi-fi is paid and costs a lot of money 2) using a refrigerator in the room is also paid 3) animation is zero (to me a 3-year-old child comes up and says that it’s boring with animators) 4) food is generally a separate issue, I’m an unassuming person, but even their scrambled eggs turned out tasteless, the chicken is often dry, the meat is tough, mushrooms with a sour unpleasant odor, Olivier with so much mayonnaise is horror , few fruits (oranges, apples, peaches) at a time when the height of cherries, apricots, even watermelons, bananas and melons were given in hotels of a class no higher than this, I won’t say that I liked everything terribly fish fillets, soups, cakes are not bad, for children the joy of ice cream for lunch and dinner, but still for a 4 * food is weak.

Lobby bar is normal good beer, brandy. . . everything else is amateur. The beach, there are fewer people to relax only near Berlin, and 3/4 of the entire coast is lined with sunbeds and umbrellas that are filled with a maximum of 10%, even foreigners do not want to pay 15 euros for two. Take excursions only on the street and not from the guides, and don't let them scare you (wonderfully went to Nesserb for 38 leva and not for 70 like the guides). And especially carefully with the exchange of currencies on the exchanger should hang the rate of buying and selling currency (1 euro -1.91 leva) and not just the selling rate (these are scam stalls) they have a buying rate inside the exchanger and it is low, the most normal exchanger Raiffeisen Bank in the hotel "Admiral"

My number was 108, the sea was a little visible in the distance, and when the sea podshtarmivalo it was still heard. In fact, this is the third floor, but since the reception is at level -1, and the terrain is uneven, the floor was listed as 1. I only took breakfast and have no regrets. I don’t know what they fed for lunch and dinner, but I heard that they didn’t differ in special chic and variety. You can have a great meal in cafes and restaurants, while it will not cost more than the so-called all-inclusive, but you will have the opportunity to eat grilled octopus, etc. , and not choke on duty sets of food. I didn’t really sit at the hotel, but as I noticed there was no grandiose animation there, there was something for children in the evenings - games, dances, and in the morning - dances of animators near the pool. The pool is average, not big and not small, but if the hotel was full, it would be small. Near the pool there are sun loungers and umbrellas, which, for sure, would not be enough if the whole hotel crawled out to the pool-)). Looks well maintained, looks clean. I did not use it, because I did not come to the pool, but to the sea. Breakfast every day is almost a standard set - semolina porridge or oatmeal, fried pancakes, several types of croissants, cookies, 5 or more types of tea, milk, muesli, usually 3-4 types of cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, two types of sausage boiled sausages and fried sausages, fried croutons, pasta, lasagna, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, butter pieces, several types of bread and rolls, olives, fruits - grapes, oranges, plums, apples. That's the whole set, so it's hard to stay hungry for breakfast. I don’t know who was starving there-))) except perhaps the one who is starving for life or the one who confuses breakfast with lunch-)))
I took the Internet at the hotel - 20 lev a week, and 1 day - 10 lev, so I had to take it for two weeks, although it was 10 days.
As the guide suggested, the Internet in the rooms pulls up to the 5th floor, it makes no sense to take it higher, otherwise you will run down. In fact, I had the 3rd floor, it was normal, but it was generally bad to speak on Skype with video, but without video it was just right, and even so it was possible to climb on the net if necessary. I did not use the safe, I closed everything in a suitcase. Safes at the reception and these are small boxes, a large fotik and a laptop will not fit.
Hotel guide from TUI Oksana changed money at the rate of Raiffeisen Bank, the only bank in Golden Sands, which is located on the embankment near the Admiral Hotel, in exchange offices, a commission on which they can heat up.
In a cafe, you can eat the first, second and salad + tea from 11 leva or more, depending on what you order. Portions are large, usually 300-350 grams. Grilled octopus about 22 leva, squid about 10-11 leva, shark - 8.5 leva.
The sea is clean, flocks of fish swim near the shore, sometimes they can even try to eat bathers -)))
It can be 300 meters to the sea in a straight line, in real life past the Morskie Oko hotel at least 500 m, I think about 700, but it's not stressful. Air - the sea mixed with needles and other trees. The cicadas sing. Beautifully simple.
The hotel room - everything is great, though there is a little scuffing on the carpet and abrasions on the wall (not much, but it can be seen that it is not the newest), but in general everything is clean and tidy. The balcony is nice and super to sit in the evening. Shampoo and gel, as they put on the first day, didn’t bother anymore, but it didn’t bother me, I took my own. The cleaning maids - so-so, honestly - do not justify their tips. I left them 2 leva each, but I didn’t leave the last day, because before that I came and saw that when I left, I left the bed made, on which lay my jacket and home dress, so she apparently changed the bed, I don’t know, maybe I forgot in a hurry, or maybe such a maid is just, but the bedspread was lying on the armchair, and under it was my sweater, my dress was lying on the bedside table. It wasn't very pleasant, but oh well. What attitude, such and tips. In general, the bork is superficial, I would say, but you won’t overgrow with dirt.
Of the claims to the hotel - warm, not hot water in the shower. When I arrived, it was a little fresher, but the water did not get hot, so it was sometimes cold to swim in the mornings. They asked to increase the temperature... did not wait, but tolerable.
Near the Aladzha cave monastery, worth a visit, from the Golden 4 km towards Varna, from the hotel 5 - km.
I went to St. Konstantin and Elena there is a wonderful church from the monastery and there is a public mineral pool, the water in which is 38-42 degrees all year round, and so, when it got colder (the sea is warm, but it was fresh outside), there I warmed the bones. Entrance 11 lev for the whole day. Twice a week it is open until 22.30. From this pool you can run into the sea, it is on the shore, i. e. almost on the beach.
I was in Sozopol and Nessebar, I took an excursion from TUI, but I didn’t remain delighted, some kind of poor excursion, there are few sights, not very informative, which I replenished on my own in my free time there. Sozopol is not shown at all, but instead an almost one and a half hour lunch at the Windmill, which is a laughingstock compared to Bulgarian restaurants, as the preparation and portions are like in Ukrainian canteens, the quality of food is brrr. . . but you won’t stay hungry. The cost of the tour is 90 leva, which is almost 50 euros. She's not worth it. Yes, and it’s cheaper on the embankment, it’s just that it was available soon only at the hotel, which is why I took it. Nessebar also had a meager excursion program, but better than Sozopol, about Sozopol, I generally got the impression that we were brought there to show one church and feed in that "wonderful" restaurant. In general, Sozopol and Nessebar themselves (similar, but I liked Sozopol more) are super, I wanted to return there.
As for the Golden ones, I won’t go there anymore, not because it’s bad, it’s just not my format of recreation, there is an embankment - shops and bars, and hotels, that’s all the Golden ones, I don’t like such a party, I’m drawn to antiquity and culture. Although, in general, I had a super rest, since I did not sit either in the hotel or on the Golden, not counting the beach.
I liked St. Constantine and Elena more in this regard, there is a park with needles along the sea, the landscape is more beautiful, but of course not such a beach strip. By the way, the prices there are a little cheaper than at the Golden ones, in general, along the way, I had the opinion that the Golden ones are one of the most expensive, since both in Varna and in Balchik it will be cheaper to eat and all the rubbish. As in Sozopol with Nessebar. Not much, but there is.
I went to Balchik with Kiliakra on an excursion, which I took on the embankment, cheaper than in a hotel and there is a choice of where you will dine and what, it all depends on your finances. opportunities, no one imposed. They just gave it time, that's all. Worth a look. Cape Kiliakra - beauty!
Constanti and Elena, Aladzha and Varna visited herself. There is no need to spend money on an excursion to Varna, to Aladzha it was only in the complex of other excursions. In general, I didn’t like the set and schedule of excursions at the hotel, it’s somehow stupidly organized, but I want to see everything. Excursions at the hotel by day, in fact, each of them once a week, despite the fact that the price for them is 30-40% more expensive than the embankment.
Golden Sands is the northern part of the coast, similar to the South. coast of Crimea with the difference that you know what you pay for on the Golden. The price-service ratio is excellent, including the hotel. The feeling of being abroad comes more when visiting the southern part of the Bulgarian coast - starting from Pomorye to Sozopol, where the roads are better and the audience is different. There are many foreigners, especially in the southern part of Bulgaria. There were Germans, British, Romanians, and representatives of the Baltic countries in the hotel. Thank God, not one Rush-))). Somehow assorted assorted, as I noticed, although I didn’t spend much time at the hotel.
In Varna, you can also do shopping, prices are cheaper than in Ukraine, there is a choice, you can also see leather and sheepskin coats, of course, more expensive than in Turkey, but still 40 percent cheaper than Ukraine. It is better to look at leather in the center of Varna, you can also see fur coats there.
Bulgarian jersey TM Black Rose - super quality. You can visit two Malls, you can also buy there. I bought my nephew children's things - a jacket, a raincoat, a coat - half the price of Ukraine, despite the fact that the things are branded. There are more children in the Malls, but you can also buy something in the center.
There is also a bazaar at Zolotye, but I didn’t notice anything special there, I didn’t look at the summer one, although both there and in Varna they sold summer with huge discounts.
There are no problems with the language in Bulgaria, many people know Russian. In general, Bulgarians are friendly and hospitable people. I like it. Of course, those who are accustomed to Turkey, etc. , at first reek a little with the echo of the Soviets. Personally, when I was driving from the airport to the hotel, I thought that the rest was ruined, because on the way I didn’t see the chic from Varna-))) although the city itself is ordinary, similar to our cities, and indeed, after last year’s Antalya, it smelled of poverty and simplicity I thought my vacation was ruined. No, it's just that every country has its charms. In Bulgaria, these are natural forests and the sea, excellent cuisine, ancient churches, in which there are many relics. For me, Bulgaria has also remained as a country of Christian values and monuments, and the southern part is historical monuments, ancient architecture, combined with Christian relics. And it's worth seeing. Those. Bulgaria is a country worth seeing!
Of course, if I go to Bulgaria again, then only Sozopol, Nessebar or St. Vlas, Pomorie. Whoever wants to be treated, then stands in St. Konstanin and Elena, there are a lot of mines. springs and many hotels have pools with min. water.
In general, I liked it!!!
I collected soap, rose water from souvenirs and even found Achromin cream for my mother, which, after trying it, appreciated that it was still the same as before... plus magnets, bells and even a little sand. It really looks like gold.
In general, I had a super rest, I recommend the Golden Sands resort itself for those who like to hang out or for one time it’s definitely worth a look. I also recommend the hotel. Those who are used to Turkish and Egyptian freebies all inclusive, you will most likely not like it here. But it's not more expensive than their all inclusive. Personally, after last year in Turkish all-inclusive, I decided for myself that I will never go to all-inclusive again, because I have no desire to look at hungry Russians.
I went with TUI, took it in my city at the Discovery agency, their prices are cheaper than in Teztura, by about 800-1000 hryvnias. Thank you very much Natasha from Discovery!

Good morning, good afternoon and good evening everyone! We rested at the hotel with a company: three adults and two babies aged 3 and 4. Good morning, good afternoon and good evening everyone!
We rested at the hotel with a company: three adults and two babies aged 3 and 4. I’ll write right away - I fell in love with Bulgaria once and for all during my last visit. Wonderful beaches, delicious sour-milk cuisine, roses, spices and, of course, the Black Sea.
I liked the hotel very much. Not with chic and "show-off", but with its location, its privacy. the hotel. Souvenir shops, there were fewer cafes. Or did it seem to us for joy? ! Of course, when choosing magnets, we got tired: they say the choice of souvenirs is quite small, we are not used to this... An urban habit! We bought magnets, and rakia with mastic, and pink cosmetics, sharena salt and local sea salt in the mills and many other souvenirs. Speaking of shopping, pay attention to the suitcases. We bought ourselves a second one in Bulgaria! More than half cheaper than in our hometown. And it's even cheaper in Varna le.
The hotel stands on the outskirts, surrounded on all sides by forest. For its privacy and comparative distance from the sea, it pays with the presence of stairs down to the beach. We never found a way through the Berlin hotel : ))) . We used the stairs, which is to the right of the hotel. Well, what can I say? Our girls never asked for handles when climbing. not steep and not solid. (I’ll attach a photo of the most difficult and most part of the stairs) It’s not for you to go up and down Fiolent! In addition, for greater convenience, a Mercedes minibus runs from the hotel every half an hour. Free, by the way. But for some reason few people use this service. We ourselves drove 4 times. And even the schedule is at the reception...
The hotel is built in such a way that really from any room at least a piece of the sea is visible. We lived in a standard room on the second floor with a balcony above the terrace by the pool and in a standard room on the fourth floor with a wonderful view of the sea. At first there were more pensioners than of all the other tourists - the silence in the evenings and nights was perfect. Then, of course, the youth also pulled up. It became a little more fun, but also much noisier. )) It seems to me that when staying in any hotel you need to be prepared in advance for the "culture" of vacationing neighbors. But on the second floor there are separate balconies (on the first floor - solid) and concrete fences (on the fourth it is very beautiful, but the fence is a lattice. This is for my phobias of heights - just deadly)
The hotel, like everything else in Bulgaria, does not have its own territory, but... Somehow it is so blocked from all sides that the feeling of this very territory appears from the very first minute. Even we, very vigilant parents, could afford to relax a little - the child will not run away anywhere and always in front of our eyes. Our daughter just went crazy from the feeling of freedom, partially getting rid of parental care : )))
I also liked the service very much. The maids cleaned every day. Even the balcony was vacuumed. The towels in the bathroom were also changed every day. The shells collected by my daughter were laid out by the maids in a flower. The waiters are attentive and unobtrusive. - He fixes the sunbeds, umbrellas, the pool constantly and periodically cleans up. All the staff lisped with our child as if they were their own!
But what really surprised us was the presence of detailed animation. Not creative, very simple and without much fanfare, but thanks to the personal qualities of the animators, it’s very pleasant. leisure time. We once went to morning gymnastics at 10.00, to water gymnastics at 16.00, played the games "who will get more spoons from the pool", "who will get ice into the bucket through spitting", "who will hit the target with a slipper" and the like in the same spirit. We played darts, watched water polo every other day. In the evenings, with great pleasure, my daughter was going to a children's disco at 20.00. We went 3 times to an adult at 21.00 (note that this is not a nightclub! moods - the hits of the very last years sound) We played bingo and the music quiz was very exciting and reckless. clay figurines. By the way, the last one costs 12 lev. Usually Sylvia is looking for her parents and asks permission to paint the figurine. But our beauty so quickly attacked to paint the bear's muzzle green that we had to pay for this entertainment after the fact : ))) children simply did not give the animators a pass. The guys even in the dining room could not eat calmly - the endless flow of children to say hello "to their friend" simply did not dry up! All events are interesting and in high spirits, as they say. For those who spend a lot of time directly at the hotel - a necessary leisure point. We are used to spending our holidays more actively. But....
We were probably unlucky with the weather. The Bulgarians said that they had such a cold summer already in 1953! , and what a number of shells were found and forced to bring home!... ) The evenings are cool - 18 degrees. ) just didn’t climb out neither adults nor, especially, children. But they could afford (without heat it’s easier) a couple of independent trips to Varna (market, zoo, amusement park) and to the neighboring resort of St. Helena and Constantine (the current monastery of the same name - a place of pilgrimage for believers - a source of holy water right under the altar, and a few particles of very powerful relics; and also visited an eco-park with a beautiful rose garden). Balchik from the yard tsom and botanical garden, Nessebar, water park on the territory of Golden Sands, Aladzha rock monastery with a light show on weekends, the ruins of Roman baths in Varna, a weak, but still dolphinarium in the same place, maritime museums, archaeological)
Gasoline in Bulgaria is half as expensive as in Ukraine. Therefore, even urban transport has risen prohibitively. Travel to Varna is 3 leva per person. To St. Helena and Constantine 1.60 lev. Entrance to the ecopark is 2 lev. and the dilphinarium the price of entrances is not big enough. (course 1 lev = 6 hryvnias)
The safe in the hotel is paid - 35 lev per week. Pay attention - the safe is in the room at the reception (and not in the room) and this is a cell (documents, a tablet, an e-book will fit, but a SLR camera will not)
We also paid for a week of using the Internet at the hotel - 20 lev. I don’t. Understanding this, unfortunately, came after pretty frayed nerves during fruitless attempts to contact someone via Skype. Conclusion: paid, of poor quality and, in fact, not necessary!
the hotel also provides many beauty treatments. All paid - did not look, do not know, did not interest. We played table tennis with pleasure (for free). We played billiards - an American. One game costs 5 levs, if I'm not mistaken.
Now about food. We took breakfast and dinner. This does not tie you to the hotel at lunchtime and makes it possible to get acquainted with the national cuisine in many colorful cafes. You could also buy lunch at the hotel on the spot. "all inclusive" - even more expensive, of course. For comparison: we dined at "Hemus" (along the highway towards Varna, 2 hotels from ours) the menu there is not extensive, but to dine and try something national is enough. With chic for 2 adults + child sat for 20 lev (they took beer, soup, national bread and fried shark), and more modestly - up to 12 lev. This cafe is really a little cheaper than everything on the coast. Parents, keep in mind - children eat very little on vacation This is normal, especially since once every 2 days at a dinner for zhor they still break through : ))))
We were quite satisfied with the food. Broste is a stone to me, who cooks about 20 types of dishes at home for dinner! Periodically, the dishes changed according to the season. . Daughter invariably asked for chocolate balls with yogurt (sour milk is a unique Bulgarian product), my husband experimented, varied everything that was available, but I could not refuse local cheese (who tried cheese in a plastic bowl of the "President" company will understand me! ), local as well as tomatoes (they have a taste! ) And salty olives. And to completely show what kind of insatiable gluttons the Slavs took croissants with cappuccino. At home, my breakfast is limited to a buter and tea! coffee and tea, there are exactly the same drinks - you can’t see the filth in them, therefore, they didn’t notice (after reading the reviews they took their own tea and coffee, but they never used it)
What I didn’t like was the forced “hunt” for sweets! In the mornings for croissants (especially with chocolate) in the evenings for fruits and cakes. my daughter saw the berries - she cheered in her hands with joy, but she didn’t get anything... I didn’t like the change of dishes during dinner either: they don’t even change for equivalent ones! Somehow it was disorienting. We didn’t have enough hot drinks for dinner. I simply don’t allow my family to drink a la “Jupi”. At the end of the holiday, we adapted for dinner to carry hot drinks from the lobby bar : ))))
Everything worked in the room, everything was intact. We heard, of course, that there was no water on the upper floors one morning, that someone’s front door fell off or the shower did not work. It’s understandable: this is a hotel, not a nursing home! the hotel is on duty masters (we saw two permanent ones) - they quickly try to fix problems.
And do not forget to check the departure time before leaving (if you get by plane) our flight was postponed 3 times! And even the guide did not have the information - they accidentally learned from neighboring tour operators, they themselves informed our guide (it just happened) We flew with the "Wind Rose". In the plane they didn’t feed, flights were transferred in both directions and in one day! Everything worked out, but they could have suffered with children...
As can be seen from my review, there are very few comments on the hotel, and even then they are all insignificant. Edelweiss is ideal for tourists with the same vacation requirements as my family. The price corresponds to the quality. Enjoy the beautiful nature, a foreign and interesting country, its culture and mentality. Have a good rest!! !
Good evening, dear friends!
I will start my story about the rest with gratitude to the travel agent Anastasia from the Unitours bureau. She was very attentive to us and offered us various options for a long time.
I am a pensioner, I rested with my sister at the Edelweiss hotel in the Golden Sands resort for a week at the end of May. Retirement is not particularly clear, so we chose an inexpensive hotel and understood what we could expect for this money.
The hotel is about 10 years old, but as far as I understood from Anastasia's stories, for Bulgaria this is a great age of the hotel, since many hotels from my youth still operate there.
The room is in good condition, the cleaning lady came every day, changed towels and bed linen. Soap and shampoo were replenished in the bathroom.
The breakfast was warm, tasty, fresh, consisted of sausage and cheese cuts, eggs, butter, jam and more were also served.
It took 10-12 minutes to walk to the sea.
I liked the hotel, the service is good, I recommend it to tourists with a small budget.
