Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly and hospitable staff, immediately settled in the room. The room is comfortable, clean, good lighting. Comfortable beds with decent linens. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. There are slippers, bathrobes, a set of cosmetic accessories. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed regularly. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, there is a swimming pool, sun loungers, free Wi-Fi. We are not particularly interested in animation, but the hotel has it, though not very active. The beach was clean, lots of sunbeds. The food is normal in the hotel, without any frills, but everything is tasty and fresh. Several types of meat, fish, various salads and side dishes, vegetables, fruits, sweets, pastries. Standard breakfast - porridge, scrambled eggs, muesli, toast, cheese, fruit. Five minutes from the hotel there are entertainment venues, bars, restaurants and cafes with dishes of both national and European cuisines. I really liked the rest, the hotel is normal, all the conditions for a good rest are available. I recommend.

We arrived at 6:00 am, but the room was given at 2:00 pm. Cleaned normally in the rooms, if you do not focus on . . The food is disgusting!! ! Every year we have a rest in Bulgaria, hotels were cheaper than Astera, but such poor food was nowhere to be found. We were brought to the hotel at 4 o'clock in the morning, check-in was not earlier than 14 o'clock. 20 meters (as in the catalog) is the beach of another hotel. Astera beach is located to the left of the hotel, 150 meters. on the beach there is no toilet, shower and even a simple tap to wash the sand off your feet. absolutely everyone has access to the beach, and on the 1st line from the sea, anyone is absolutely free on their bedspreads and this makes it difficult to access the water. There are enough sun loungers, but there are no mattresses on them. The room itself is good, but the cleaning is disgusting. just make the bed and take out the trash. there is a carpet on the floor that will be vacuumed only when you poke your finger, on the 5th day we asked to replace the bed, which caused great displeasure of the staff. plumbing is not cleaned. No bathrobe and slippers provided. No one in the hotel understands Russian, they only speak English and Bulgarian. Most vacationers are Romanians, many Arabs. There are no complaints about the food, varied, tasty. As for the snack - 2-3 types of cookies, apples and oranges.... For ultra inclusive poor. snack only until 18:00. drinks until 23:00. The hotel has 4 bars, two inside the hotel with alcoholic drinks, one by the pool from the outside also with alcoholic drinks and one on the beach from alcohol only beer. Bars are open from 10:30 to 23:00. Animation is average. Most of the guests in the hotel are Romanians. This hotel is one of the best in golden sands.

I liked the local rose-based liqueur.
Infrastructure - there is no hotel territory, but there is a place to walk, there is a beach, sunbeds are free, but you need to walk a little to it, at the reception they give a memo upon request. Excellent pool with mineral water in the spa center, sauna and Roman steam room.
For residents of large cities, there is a large clothing market along the coastline among cafes and other things, the prices are quite reasonable, because in Turkey they were close to our boutique ones in the market.
