Hi all! We stayed 8 days in June. Liked everything. Especially the animation. Daughter is delighted. she is 10 years old. The food is varied. The staff is kind, responsive. Purely. In bars, the choice of alcohol is large. WiFi is only in the lobby, but it doesn’t matter to me. To the beach 10-15 min. We will definitely return to this hotel next year.

But we always brought fruit to the room, sometimes we had breakfast (since not everyone got up early) and no one even once made a comment.
The room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily, bedding - every other day. 1.5 liters of water was brought every other day. A bottle of wine in the room as a gift was waiting at the entrance. Beach towels were changed once a day.

I liked the hotel, the rest was wonderful, there are no complaints about the hotel and the staff, cleaning every day, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the air conditioner works well. The specialist Elena, who served us, had to call in Bulgaria and negotiate with the Bulgarian partners and the hotel itself directly.
The flight from Borispol to Varna, lasting 1 hour and 40 minutes, did not bother us at all. The kid was interested in everything new.
Representatives of Alma-tour met us in Varna at the airport - they showed us where the bus was, they showed everything and told us about Bulgaria, towns and excursions along the way.
Immediately warned - it is better to change money in exchangers. It is what it is - they have a guarantee of safety. There are a lot of Shustrikov-changers, but these are unpleasant types.

We really liked the hotel. It is for family holidays. Lots of kids, so ours wasn't bored. Two swimming pools: outdoor and indoor. And a small children's with two slides. There is a small playground: a couple of swings, a slide. The food is varied. Dinner a la carte - for an amateur - Chinese cuisine. In short, we only liked fried ice cream from this dinner. It takes 7 walks to the sea. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are paid (in the hotel by the pool for free).
