We really liked the trip, the hotel is cool, beautiful, the food is also very diverse, added 2 kg each ????
The sea is very beautiful, I saw this for the first time, we generally went there as children and admired ????? ? Most importantly, upon arrival we were in for an unreal surprise, we were given a room with a jacuzzi and a sea view, on the 9th floor, champagne, fruits and a postcard with pleasant wishes on the table, the jacuzzi was right in the middle of the room, it was very cool and unforgettable.
Their lobby bar is just cool, the bartenders made delicious cocktails, there are quiet corners for relaxing in the evening, you can go to the animation. Although the hotel is not large, there was enough space for everyone. We went to Alanya on our own twice and it was also very cool, you can not take excursions there, if it's not scary ??? ? We were on the chic Cleopatra beach, we dreamed for a long time, I recommend it to everyone.
The minibuses and people of Turkey are sooo loud, but friendly, the main thing is there is no language barrier, everyone speaks Russian.
I still want to go there, but already either to Alanya or Antalya itself, and to get to know Turkey better for two weeks or more.
We wish everyone to travel and once again thank the travel agency "Red Cat" for your work, throughout the trip you led us and were constantly in touch.
WIFI practically does not catch even in the rooms, there is no need to even talk about the rest. In the main restaurant, the floors were never washed, they just sweep away the dirt and that's it. Waiters ignore visitors. There was also poisoning after visiting an Italian restaurant. Initially settled in Garden Sweet cottages. We drove in and almost fainted: everywhere there was mold, dirt, tattered linen, shabby corners, a broken bed, cobwebs, stained and peeled carpet. Only the bathroom was nothing, in which there was not even soap, terribly sealed tiles, etc. They asked to be relocated, they showed us the rooms are just as creepy as this one, or they said to pay 200 euros per day to move to the main building. we stayed until late in the evening with an 8-month-old baby and he overslept in a cafe. We paid extra and agreed to resolve all issues after. After that, the issue was never resolved. The staff brazenly lied, was rude, yelled, ignored our requests and communication. The agency also could not communicate with them because of the same. As a result, the general manager came out and said that we should go to another hotel))) then they would evict us, waving his arms and yelling and stamping his feet!! ! Just cattle! and bad people! everyone is just in shock around and as it turned out we are not the first and it seems not the last in this scam. . .
Impressions from the hotel were completely spoiled by my husband's food poisoning with a temperature of 38-40 (suspects a squid with a strange taste), I had to take him to the medical center using insurance. Guest relations claim that this cannot be in their hotel, but the fact remains. The person was poisoned (they did not go outside the hotel) - the rest was ruined.
The cleanliness is zero, the floor was probably never washed, the photo is attached. The same windows on the balcony and dirty mosquito net. If your children are already crawling, then God forbid in such a hotel.
They wrote a lot that it is not necessary to take food for children, like everything is there. There is no elementary most popular canned applesauce, out of 10 days of rest there were 2 times. There are carrots, potatoes, peas, pears and apricots mixes. It’s good that I took it with me, but when my own ended, and it didn’t appear in the restaurant, I turned to guest relations. They said "it's over" and that's it. But an hour later they called the room and brought 6 jars.
The first Turkish hotel that has mosquitoes and some midges. They bit the child, and us too.
Animation zero, you will not find such boring evenings anywhere else. There is nothing for young people to do here.
Cocktails are made wrong, not tasty, and just do these potions bear little resemblance to Daiquiri, Cosmopolitan, Mojito.
I read about delicious champagne....if for you the taste of Soviet champagne, which has run out of steam, as if it has been open for 3 days with an undisguised alcohol smell, is it delicious? That is no questions.
Fresh orange is diluted. Grapefruit, apple and carrots are fine.
Very small area, nowhere to walk.
They clean the room badly, it seems that in haste, which is unacceptable for a "family" hotel, 90% are here with children.
All the time they do not report something from the bathroom accessories. Only on the 7th day of rest we were given a shower gel.
There are always queues near the elevators, as everyone is in wheelchairs, and the elevator is barely moving.
Pros: sea water pool, large selection of freshly squeezed juices (not only for breakfast), waiters are excellent (almost always).
In social networks, the Temnikova Hotel, Khilkevich and other bloggers actively advertised, but in reality it’s not at all deluxe
