The hotel was chosen on the Internet, booked in advance. We flew to the Crimea in anticipation of a good holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel, we fell into a stupor and a state of shock - there is no water, the beach, the pool does not work. There was no water for 1.5 days. The pool was up and running in 5 days.

The beach was opened on 26.06. Our room was more or less decent in building 11. The drain in the toilet bowl did not always work, there was a problem with water pressure, wi-fi does not work well, the signal periodically disappears, does not show TV. There is no soap or shower gel in the shower. The food is ok, no frills. In general, the prices for the hotel are raised, there is no corresponding service, repairs are needed.

I read on the website of the sanatorium about the provision of medical services. I drove purposefully. I arrived at the gates of the sanatorium, the guard explained how to get to the administrator. The first thing I saw was a dining room, then two high-rise buildings a little lower. I went down to them - they were residential buildings.

My wife and I are walruses, we swim all year round. I really liked the beach, spacious, clean, for children a playground with swings.
