The bus cabin was comfortable at first, but later, when everyone was breathing, it became hot, and the air conditioner was not turned on...only at night, when everyone was asleep. The drivers were polite, there was no more escort. One of the drivers was more aggressive in driving, braked very sharply, things fell, the child fell off the chair.

In the hotel, people often quarreled with the reception staff. For them, they got the impression that this is a completely normal practice. Ignore instead of solving issues - also.
The room is much smaller than what was booked for us. When the sofa was laid out, the passage was very small.
The rest is more or less normal.
The only thing was that there was a lack of shelves in the closet, where it would be possible to put things of the youngest daughter.
But somehow we lived without it.
The room has a wardrobe, a bed, a sofa, a table with a chair, a coffee table, a bedside table, an air conditioner, a TV, a mini fridge (but there is only one outlet for the TV and the refrigerator), the outlet near the bedside table did not work, there was no outlet at all near the second bedside table ( lamps on beauty cabinets). Therefore, I advise you to take an extension cord or a tee.
In the bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, telephone, something similar to a hair dryer.
There are no sockets, only in the hair dryer, but you still need an adapter!! ! Towels (2 pcs. /person)
Soap, shower gel and shampoos.
On the balcony there is a chair, a wall drying rack for clothes (but the dowels were sticking out of the wall, so we could only dry small things there).
The food is delicious. There is plenty to choose from. We were never hungry. Delicious rolls, in the morning, children's chocolate balls or cereal and milk, fruit modestly, but enough.
There were no legumes (shrimp, exotic fruits, etc. ).
Free bars in the lobby and on the veranda near the dining room, also from 15 to 17 snacks + ice cream.
The gym is closed (the floor seems to have collapsed), there is a small playground (slide and seesaw). Pools (the 1st near the dining room, the 2nd below is larger, a little dirty, due to the fact that leaves and flowers fall from the bushes around (well, cleaning is just a squeegee... ), the 3rd is a children's pool with a slide, on the left by the stairs to the embankment , but there is almost never anyone there, it is more like a slide into a small bathtub).
Therefore, if you plan to shop, it is better to go to Varna (+-18 km).
There are many offices along the embankment where you can exchange money.
Our vacation fell on the beginning-middle of August.

1. Room == was very old/shabby. For the child, there was not a bed --- but a folding sofa bed simply. The metal mesh and 2 tubes of the legs = creaked, bent almost to the floor, and with the slightest movements, the legs parted to the sides and the child fell to the floor. 1 socket sparked, in the second there was no current. The ice light in the bathroom was flickering. The TV showed with strong interference. The balcony was 80 centimeters wide. Just 1 chair wide butt fit (as it turned out, 6-7 floors are all like that).
Let me remind you, a room with a sea view ...When asked to change the room, we were gently sent, offering a view of the park / parking lot, losing the free beach. As a result, in 1 day a full bunch of repairmen in the room. With a clamshell, they simply attached a wooden block a meter long, twisting it with bundles so that it would not loosen up ...(I will attach a photo)
It was 1 night very heavy, 2 hours of rain with strong wind...which usually does not bode well. . but not for this hotel!! ! It was a nightmare for everyone!!! ! The worst nightmare is at the 2 upper floors and side rooms (ours was just like that on the 6th floor). Water was pouring into the room from everywhere - the windows let through so much that we squelched on the floor. The holes were plugged with towels. Dripping from the ceilings - everyone! At night there were about 50 people asking the reception to help with the floods. Someone dripped into the bed, someone on the walls and everyone had a floor in the water !! ! Some asked each other for bottles, to scoop water from the floor! The 7th floor even flooded the corridors!
And everything flowed smoothly down into each room from the ceilings. Once again, the receptionist shrugged - they say it's the weather - there is no staff. And they were very rude to everyone. Nothing and no one helped! Horror is simple!! ! (photo attached)
2. Children's corner == having gone down to the courtyard of the hotel, we went to look for a playground and a swimming pool for children with gokra. (one of the criteria for our choice of hotel) Found-- the children's pool with a slide was closed. And along the way for a long time - covered with greenery from the bottom to the sides. Let's go to the playground - the slide is cracked right in the middle - but glued together ...every time the children moved down, they complained about this seam. More than 1/2 times did not ride. The swing right lock was almost pulled out and it was impossible and dangerous to swing. To which the reception shrugged, offering to go on paid trampolines . . (I will attach a photo)

What can be said about the hotel, it is really located right on the beach. I liked the evening of Bulgarian cuisine.
And in principle, the food is varied, a lot of meat and vegetables. There is no animation, if there is, then everything is designed for the Germans. For two days we asked to put on a Russian song, , , , they didn’t put it on, even for money. I liked the promenade-shops, bars, everyone is very friendly, I advise the youth to the disco ARROGANCE-five halls with different music. And yet, in mid-September it is already cold in Bulgaria, , , , the air is +23, the water is +19, in general, it’s like in Estonia in the summer !! ! Special thanks to the maid who cleaned our room every day and the girl at the beach bar (I think her name was Asia) who makes cocktails great!!!! !

The view is awesome! The room is huge, unlike the standard there is a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, safe. Cons: Quite noisy at night. It turns out that the Germans are no worse than the Russians! sometimes they bawl in the street under the windows, then they rush along the corridor in crowds. The second family took the standard with a view of the park. settled in a side room overlooking the neighboring hotel, which again interfered with the disco at night. I think that the rooms that overlook the car park should be perfectly quiet. The third family consisted of 5 people and took a 2-room suite. this room is slightly larger than standard, divided across by a glass sliding door with a curtain. Pretty dark. The sea view was also blocked by trees, but they refused to move them - there was no suitable room. Bedding was changed 2 times in 10 days, towels were changed daily. The food is delicious and varied. The choice of dishes is not as large as in Turkey, but everything is edible. We ate too much, but there were people who complained. Ice cream available around the clock. Don't drive the kids away. Several days a week live music in the restaurant. The staff speaks a mixture of all languages and is very friendly and helpful. At the sports ground. coating - take sneakers, barefoot is impossible. Umbrellas, sun loungers on the beach are paid (all for 4 euros). It costs 5 euros to buy an umbrella in a store, but they are rather frail and cannot be used in windy conditions. In general, you can safely go.

On the second day, we ordered a restaurant for the whole company. We really wanted to try the shark. Here! 2. Minimum acclimatization, the sea is much warmer and more comfortable than in the Crimea.
3. The hotel is more than a compact territory - a minus compared to Turkey and even more so Egypt, but a plus for those who need to run after a child and with a child : ), and at the same time noticeably more than other hotels. For the RFP, the proximity to the beach is really unique, despite the steps from the entrance to the lobby.
4. The room is a new, fairly high-quality repair in 2012, the rooms are fully consistent with the photo on the site; you can relax for those who are accustomed to Turkey, and those who came from the Hilton-Hyatt from Europe. Superior - 32-35 meters, absolutely comfortable accommodation for two adults (three if necessary), an adult child and an infant (free bed), beautiful balcony with furniture, direct sea view, silence after 23.00

For children - yogurt three times a day - sweet and sour, soups - mostly transparent for lunch and dinner, two or three types, for breakfast porridge - semolina almost every day, milk oatmeal, less often rice, pancakes, eggs. Boiled rice, potatoes, pasta, cauliflower - can be added to the broth if necessary. Quality fruits, always a lot - peaches, watermelons, grapes, apples, plums. Good coffee, juices - you can drink, but without fanaticism : ).
7. Pools are small, but clean and pleasant, for small children it is better to go to the beach - sand, shallow water, non-slip.
8. Mild conditions - fruits, drinks in plastic are allowed in the room, for the youngest a couple of times they carried food in a food thermos. But the staff also rides in an elevator with vacationers with carts with linen, dine in the same restaurant, etc.

3. The beach is municipal, the cleanliness is very relative, smoking is not prohibited, there is a paid one (sunbed 4 euros, an umbrella 4 euros, a mattress 2 euros) and a free zone - in front of the sunbeds and behind them. If with children - more comfortable free - closer to the water.
4. Gym - a gazebo with one barbell and two broken simulators.
5. The miniclub is really mini - one swing, a slide, and a gazebo for drawing, but again, the children, quite spoiled, were happy.

Of course, in Kaliakra there is not what is in 5 stars of Turkey: the bed is changed every 3 days, the cleaning is rather weak, on the beach you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas, but we were with a one-year-old child and you can’t lie on a sunbed with him, so you never bought sun loungers, no one revived! And the restaurant has a smaller selection of sweets, although I really liked the cakes there. An unpleasant surprise was only the price of the parking lot 100$ for 10 days.

For us, it was an unexpected expense. The hotel has 2 small lifts. which you can’t wait for, so we walked, it’s hard for the elderly. We lived on the third floor, actually on the fourth, the hall and the restaurant were on the ground floor. The room with a view not on the sea and the toilet room are normal in size. For a sea view, you probably had to pay in your pocket. We are not with big requests, we had enough. The walls are treated with decorative plaster; We had a woman aged, it was clean, in 10 days the towel was changed 4 times, both large and small. We took a lot to the beach, because there are no beach towels! Bed linen was changed once. Other vacationers from other floors complained. that were not removed or removed anyhow. without changing towels and linen until you quarrel. Many hotel workers understand Russian, but if you ask them, they don't understand anything at all! You have to be too persistent in order to achieve something. Umbrella 160 rubles, sunbed 160 rubles, towel 120. So count. We sunbathed on the sand. Nobody shows up. Leave towels for the whole day. Nothing was missing. The food is varied, except for breakfast. Iron problem. There are only 2 of them. Raced for 4 days. Money was changed at Raiffeisen Bank (the best rate). Walk min. 5-7. For children, animators work all day, except Sunday. A nearby hotel has built a stage where bands perform every day (from 2am to 2pm). You have to close the balcony door if you want to sleep. In general, I liked it, but wrote about the nuances.
