In general, the room was located in the farthest building, at first I was upset, but then I saw a large calm pool below, a yui burger restaurant and a children's room, everything I needed was nearby. Walk to the sea about 4-5 minutes.
The food at the hotel is 10 out of 10, I won’t describe what they gave, but we saw such a variety only in hotels with a high price tag.

Cleaning - it just wasn't there. For 9 days, the bed was changed once and the garbage was removed twice and the towels were changed, and this despite our appeals to the guests. There was no other hotel like this.
Restaurant - canteen. Dirt, flies (a lot of flies) and disgusting food. An extremely meager assortment of food, and everything else is overcooked and not the first freshness. Lack of baby food. Snack bars are generally terrible!
Sea-there is no beach as such. Sun loungers in one row, and even those are busy in the morning.
You can swim only near the shore - further stones.
The pools are very small and this is in the absence of a beach, so they are crowded.
After 11.00 you will no longer receive a beach towel - they calmly say at the counter that they are over. I had to go and swear at the reception.
Renovation - the hotel is morally outdated and the cosmetic repairs carried out in 2021 do not change the appearance of the hotel in any way. The repair is very cheap - on the second day of our stay, the faucet on the sink fell off, it began to leak and the faucet in the shower stopped switching. On the first day, the card reader fell off. It seems that the repair is very poor quality.
It would not be so annoying if we did not pay 20 thousand per day for such a vacation (and this is purely for accommodation without flights and transfers). The red price of such a holiday is 10 thousand per day. Total inconsistency between the price and the services provided. Management makes super profits using powerful online advertising for this wretched establishment.

The room was well cleaned upon arrival, all cosmetics are available, updated every day without greed. Among other things, there are sets with a toothbrush, they change along with the rest of the cosmetics, very convenient. While we lived, the room was cleaned well, the guys called from the reception, asked about the quality, another girl came in, apparently the cleaning manager, also asked for feedback on cleaning - they invited us to come into the room with us, showed what and how - everything is fine.
There are no questions about the kitchen, there is a choice, food is available 24/7, it’s hard to leave here hungry.
For drinks - bars also work around the clock - lovers of relaxation will understand))
Animation is on the level, they are always invited to events, whether it be daytime or evening, Nazif is generally a clear guy, every day he asked what he likes, what he doesn’t like (we saw that he communicates with other guests and there are a lot of people here, I don’t know how he manages ), constant activity both during the day and in the evening, shooting from a bow, from an air gun, playing volleyball - the coolest thing was when a group from Colombia performed, the dancers - it was pure annealing, people were delighted! They performed in the amphitheater and then danced with the guests at the bar, which is near the beach - just gorgeous.

The rooms are not bad, the renovation is fresh, but of course there are some nuances: the carpet on the floor looks good, but for me it is a collection of dust and debris. It will not last very long in its normal form, since the spots on it are visible quickly and immediately.
The furniture in the rooms is very beautiful, but not functional. It feels like they made it just for beauty. Neither in the room, nor in the bath, all the facades were only facades, without a single drawer (there was no place to put small things at all, everything was lying in plain sight). There were only small wardrobes for use.
The bathroom is new, modern, there were no complaints about the work of plumbing.
Room cleaning is another story. Of course, hotel managers are aware that they have trouble with this issue, but it is clear that nothing will change this season. In general, if briefly about cleaning, then only towels, bedding were changed and garbage was taken out. 2 times we were vacuumed (there is no question of mopping at all) only because I asked to do it already.
The restaurant is good, the food is delicious, on Friday evenings for dinner various seafood. Confectionery and pastries are top notch. freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning, packaged juices during the day, very good quality.
The only downside is the soups. It was impossible to give them to children. Both spicy and salty. Therefore, with the first dishes there did not quite work out. Literally only a couple of times got on really delicious soups-puree.
