Then, as it turned out, our rooms were sold and we were settled in a room of 15 sq. m. instead of 29kv. m which we paid for the tour to the JoinUp operator. The room was very dirty everywhere there was hair, around the toilet there were dried yellow streaks from the previous tenants. The air conditioner did not work at all, it just hummed but did not blow any air. There was no hot water and no water pressure, the TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work either, the hair dryer barely blew, it was very old, dirty, sticky and with a fall hole. The furniture is terrible, old, dirty and broken from the 80s. All requests to do something to the hotel administration were answered that there were no available rooms and we would fix all the problems and clean the room, but for all 6 days no one did anything. When cleaning the room, the cleaners rummage through personal belongings, money in the amount of $ 100 was missing, and three packs of cigarettes, friends who rested with us $ 60 and four packs of cigarettes. The carpet in the corridors is very old, dirty with stains of different colors, the smell of cigarettes and dampness throughout the hotel. In the corridors throughout the hotel there are large ashtrays with cigarette butts from it and the stench. How is this hotel rated 4 stars? The staff at the reception is not very friendly to RUSSIAN speaking guests. And this is not even a quarter of what is happening in this hotel! Do not buy tours to this hotel, just ruin your vacation! And this hotel needs to be burned down together with the staff!

So I'll tell you honestly, we rested with a company of nine people, we had five rooms and no one in the room had this living creature. By the way, the hotel is clean. There are carpets everywhere in the lobby on the floors. The beach is good. The sand is white, not like in Turkey. But there is one thing, you need to get up early on the beach and take a sunbed, because by half past nine in the morning there are no free ones. But right there on the beach there is their local hotel employee who sells sunbeds. That is, you pay money and they give you a sunbed. The hotel stands in a complex with the hotel Riviera. It will be prettier there, but the territory is not so green. We went to the disco in the Riviera. I'll tell you because the owner is there alone everywhere everything is free. Very nice reception in Riviera. Since the Riviera begins right across the road from our hotel, the Riviera does not have its own beach, vacationers rest on ours. The food at Sofjen is good. Not far from the hotel is the port of Al Cantaio. There you can buy various gifts for yourself and your loved ones! All famous brands are high-quality fake! So, not a lot was stolen from me - not a few 360 dollars and 120 local money, leaving 40 dollars in a closed safe for poverty.
