Everyone liked everything! Great hotel, great service and food!
Wi-Fi is free and worked well!
Friendly staff!
I would like to single out the children's animator - nanny - Aileen!
Beautiful and kind, wonderful approach to children!
My daughter really liked it!
Thanks to her and all the staff for a wonderful stay!
1. The food is very tasty and varied (especially desserts).
2. Service and cleaning are top notch.
3. Check-in and check-out without problems.
4. The rooms are large, not new, but in fair condition.
Minuses:
1. Coffee is disgusting (only instant from the machine).
2. There is no kettle in the room.
3. Internet is paid (free on lobby).
4. The beach is dirty (there is a lot of garbage in the sand).
All the minuses are not critical, so the hotel is good for its money, others can be advised.
The sea. . . is warm, the sunset is gentle, but there are many boulders that can hurt you. The food is varied and quite specific. An abundance of fruits, vegetables, olives. Delicious juices Every day they gave different varieties of fish and meat. Mainly served chicken and turkey. Once they gave beef heart and liver, very tasty) sweets are also a variety of cakes, pastries, honey baklava... At the pool bar from 12:00 you could eat hamburgers and fries, both adults and children took it. We didn't like the alcoholic drinks. The wine is sour, you can drink beer. From cocktails delicious, mojitos and sex on the beach. In the evenings, discotheques, the music is the same)
According to hotel policy, check-out is at 11:00. When checking out, the bracelets are not cut off, which is very important. Because We had a departure at 22:00, we approached the receptionist in the morning, on the day of departure, and asked for an extension of the room. Extended without problems for $61.
The impressions were positive, but we do not plan to return there. The hotel itself is excellent, but the village of Konakli does not shine with beauty, not well-groomed and dirty. There are shopping malls within 10 minutes from the hotel. And there is nowhere to walk.
The restaurant was divided into two buildings, so during rush hour it was problematic to find a free table.
The entrance to the sea, as it was problematic, remained. A lot of large underwater rocks. I saw several of our tourists on crutches, after swimming in the sea, and one even in a wheelchair.
This is about the bad, but there are also good points. Room cleaning at the highest level. The beach has new umbrellas and sunbeds. There are no queues for food in the restaurant.
At the moment, the price of tours does not correspond to this hotel.
Food, in general, is good. Chicken, fish experience, grilled meat is ALWAYS. That is to say, always. Liver once a week. Vegetables, fruits - full and without problems. Apples, pears, grapes, plums, peaches, nectarines, watermelon, melon. . . Damn, really, I haven't seen anything like this yet. Or I don't remember. Between meals, a snack bar by the pool. Ice cream every day. There is no point in describing everything. Yes, some of the bars and the mini-club are closed. No food is served on the beach, only drinks. But all this is nonsense, as for me.
For the first couple of weeks on the beach, some middle-aged asshole came along with two huge JBLs and turned on the muzlo. There were a couple of other guys with him. Sometimes the girls made their way. Well, no one made any special remarks to them. Since I worked these two weeks and only came to the beach to swim in the morning and evening, I myself did not enter into a conflict either. In the sea near the buoys, muzlo is not heard. Then they parted - and words to God. It is a pity that the administration does not follow the order on the beach in this sense.
Number... We immediately took the Family. Actually, it's amazing. The only place where a two-room Family costs as much as a standard one-room double. That's why I chose this hotel. We were vitally two rooms. Wife to work in one, daughter to hang out in another. And I worked in the halls. Loved my place there. It is relatively quiet, there is almost never anyone, the condo works, and I don’t bother anyone in the headset when the conference calls go on for hours.
By location... Who cares. There is a McDonald's within a 10 minute walk. This, I tell you, is salvation. There is also a shopping center with good shops. Across the street is a discount outlet. Fans of goods of a more economical class have to walk another 50 meters, there are heaps of shops, standard for Turkey.
Cellular companies are located 800 meters from the hotel. I used to go to Turk Telekom. 250 lira is a card with 50 GB of traffic. Less cheaper. Then you can add packages of 20 GB for 50 lire. Don't forget your passport! Better with a separate passport for a SIM card.
Hotel free internet is bad. Sending messages still works. Calls - as lucky. Paid internet is good. A small ping and stable 30-40 megabits over WiFi. Costs $14 for 7 days. It does not work consistently. In the dining room almost stably does not work, for example. Depending on the distance to the access point, in one room of the room it can work stably, and in the other it will fool around, that is, then not.
Animation is not very interesting to me, but it is. Standard for Turkey. There is no kids club. Show every evening. Disco on the street in the evening. Fortunately, it ends at 23:30. There is no animation on the beach. There is no volleyball court.
The sea is normal. The entrance - after a couple of meters is no longer for children. For adults, there is the opportunity to splash around, but there are stones at the bottom. Coral slippers to help if you are afraid. There is no pontoon. There were no big waves for three weeks at all. The last couple of days are. You can't swim. I didn't risk it. It carries water back and forth. Great risk of hitting a stone. Breakers from the buoys go. I'm waiting. I want to take a dip.
Keep in mind. Windows on the pool - will be noisy. Windows to the street - it will be relatively quiet and calm, but the view suffers from the window. Silence is more important to us, to be honest.
What is the result? It's good here! Really, great, if in aggregate.
UPD: This is unlikely to be useful to anyone, but do not try to book this hotel on his website. They have delicious prices and they will let you make a reservation. Only later it turns out that these offers are only for Turkish citizens and the reservation will be cancelled. At the same time, they are in no hurry to return the money. Need to be reminded. But that's not the hotel's problem. This is the management company's problem.
The rooms are good, clean and big.
The territory is large.
Food is a great choice.
Lots of pools.
There are slides for all ages.
Animation is not intrusive - it's +.
The beach is big.
What can I say about the room. He is amazing. Two large mirrors, flat screen TV, new furniture, good plumbing in the bathroom, free safe, fanta bar, cola, mineral water. Replenished every day.
The food can be said to be good. Most importantly, I was afraid of the queues at the restaurant. They simply weren't here. I want to note the work of two waiters. CEREN and HAZAL. The girls are super masters of their craft.
Beach-to walk and swim have to be very careful a lot of stones. But there were a lot of free sun loungers. We will visit this hotel again next year if possible. I recommend to couples.
25.09. -6.10.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were in for a pleasant surprise. Instead of the two announced Select and Suite buildings, another one has appeared. And the third time we are settled. Which is located outside the hotel, on the ground floor there is not a soul, there is no security, there is no wifi in this building, the furniture is all old and shabby, like the elevator. When we tried to declare that we did not buy a ticket to that shabby building, but to a normal Suite, the photos of which are presented on all sites. They didn’t want to listen to us, they fed us breakfast, they said that they didn’t have to explain anything to us at all.
After all the check-in scandals, we went for a late dinner. We were given plates of food that we couldn't eat. Photo attached.
The next day I had an appointment with the hotel manager. He spoke only English, the girl from the reception translated. The whole point of the conversation is that, according to him, he is not obliged to solve our problems at all, and the fact that he met with us already means that he is going to meet us, although we tried to explain to him that this is his job. For an additional fee, you can move to Select, because everything is occupied in the Suite.
The guide decided to help us only after we bought excursions from him.
And still the issue was not resolved.
Leaving a strong negative impression on the hotel staff, due to their incompetence, we called the hotel management scammers and continued to relax.
Our room was on the third floor of this third building. It had two rooms.
The furniture is a little old, the TV is lamp, the floor lamp is bent and much more. The bedroom turned out to be very even nothing - cozy. As such, the advantage of this room was that it was quiet and the music from the street was almost inaudible
The maids speak only Turkish and it is not possible to communicate with them
The food was good, we tried to eat both in Selecte and in Suite, in the first one it seemed to us more tasty.
The waiters behaved a little imposingly and not friendly. In the middle of the holiday after frequent complaints about their work, the service has become better.
In general, the cuisine is good and varied.
The beach is also not bad, but far from the best, walking along the coast we found the beaches are much cleaner and with soft sand.
In the beach area often played volleyball, a lot of people gathered. It was fun and interesting.
The hotel is large, several pools, an amphitheater, slides, a children's area.
The landscape looks good: trimmed lawns and shrubs, palm trees.
In general, I liked the rest, but it spoiled the impression very much - the settlement.
We will definitely not go to this hotel for the second time, and if we do, we will only go to Select.
as part of the hotel there are 3 buildings: select, which can be called five-star, Suite 1 on the territory of the hotel, which draws on 4 *, and Suite 2 across the road - OUTSIDE THE HOTEL, which can be given at most 3 *. We (as well as other unsuspecting compatriots) were settled just in that suite, which is not on the territory of the hotel. On the first evening, I was so ok . . upset that I wanted to sue the travel agency and beat this case in my head for half the night. What was upset about: some shabby building not on the territory of the hotel, looks like a five-story building that has nothing to do with the hotel. The reception of the building is a priori empty, in the building there is no drinking water (below), no staff, for any questions to run across the road (and at night the gate is locked). Eat across the road. pools across the street. beach across the road. On the first floor, it stinks of sewerage, an elevator with spat on glass (the elevator was never removed during our time) and broken buttons. The room on the 6th floor (two-room suite) has furniture from the early 90s like in a Taganrog motel for 900 rubles / night, one sofa is three-legged and skewed. There is mold under the mirror in the bathroom, the door handles are teleporting and the locks are sticking (because of this, the child slammed shut in the room). TV almost tube, also hello - the nineties. Air conditioners blow directly on the bed in both rooms. The only plus of the room is that you can see a piece of the sea from the balcony. . .
In general, after talking with other vacationers, we found out that a lot of people were fooled just like us: many bought at 5 *, but ended up living at 3 * with a stretch.
All of the above bad trip is about placement.

Now for the good:
the food was really excellent and varied, there was natural meat, in a decent amount (but all the sausages and sausages are soy) By the way, I went to reconnaissance in neighboring hotels, removing the bracelet - there it is much worse with a snack - both in terms of assortment and quality ). Alcohol does not contain methanol. The territory of the hotel is huge and well-groomed, Pts liked it, good, clean children's pools.
The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The beach is so normal for me. But there is one point: if there is little excitement in the sea, then on this beach the waves are significantly amplified due to underwater giant pieces of rock, over which the waves get accelerated. After several days, we realized that the neighboring beach (30 meters to the right) was more even and much less crowded and moved there, to the sun loungers of the neighboring hotel. Were with children, but did not notice any coxsackie virus. All this is brainwashing by the media so that people would go to our unkempt south.
---
Summary: if you buy a ticket and the select number is registered there, it's definitely worth going. If you buy a suite, then this is a pig in a poke, you may live outside the hotel in a shabby building from the 90s.
