All the tickets that she could hardly sell us were either issued by her to other people's names or to other hotels. And my children and I had to go to other hotels to be picked up from there. Once she pointed out another hotel to the bus guide, and by chance (we were just noticed on the road) we got into our bus. We bought 3 excursions for 4 people and 1 expensive excursion for 1. The total amount was over 550 euros. We were entitled to a 7% discount. However, Aelita said that now is the "hot season" and there are no discounts. The Odeon Tours hotline told us otherwise. This is the first time I've heard this in Spain. It was not necessary to have a relationship with such a guide and firm. In Spain, there are many firms and representative offices selling excursions, a 7% discount is just a trifle, we had a discount of 10% for the second and third excursions.
Try contacting Odeon and explaining the situation. Money and mood will not be returned, but science will be different. There are no such grabber guides in Lloret.

1. We bought a ticket in March for July. (to the comment about haste). In the official representative office of Coral travel in our city.
2. The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Barcelona, ​​on the 1st line of the sea. All inclusive. All inclusive. (to the comment about stinginess). The hotel is chic. There are no complaints about the hotel.
3. Transfer to the hotel and back was provided by Coral travel. And the time of the meeting with the guide (which was provided on the basis of our voucher) was indicated to us during the transfer to the hotel.
4. We did NOT buy excursions: on the street / from the hands / from other travel agencies.
5. We DO NOT know with what fright at the indicated time the guide came to us, which does not belong to the Coral company, but to the Odeon tour company. Perhaps they have their own partnerships.
6. Her details hang in our hotel as an official representative of the company. She was our hotel guide.
7. We saw at the 1st meeting that she "began to play up". We called the Coral Travel hotline from the hotel reception. We were told that her actions were contrary to what she was supposed to do. BUT they can't do anything because she ALREADY got us all messed up. And now, back home, we plan to complain about her in writing.

Coral travel in Spain has proven itself poorly.

Option 2 - these excursions were cheaper at the Odeon, and you were flattered by it. Your fault is visible here.
You often see it in your narrative - "she said, for other people's names, a 7% discount was relied on, etc." It is unlikely that you have documents for all this. Nothing will come of you, get away!

Guides never sell anything, just like an artist does not sell tickets for performances (I have not seen this). They sell tour agents who sit (including in hotels) and often do not even know what they are selling, because they themselves have never been on this excursion. Their earnings are a percentage of the sale. Tour agent and tour operator want to sell their product and use all methods for this. And you must receive a written agreement, which indicates the place of collection, time, places of visits, additional payment (if any) and the cost of the excursion. After payment, be sure to receive a receipt. Why did you decide that you are entitled to a 7% discount? Where was it recorded?
