In order to answer your question, you need to visit all the resorts in Spain and then do a comparative analysis.
We were on the Costa Brava, literally liked it. Lloret de Mar-I recommend.
аватар pekam
Yes, and additions in terms of the beginning of September is still comfortable.

Again! what time! The closer to the New Year, the more south you need (Malaga or already in the Canary Islands)
аватар Lena5502
We were on the Costa Brava in Blanes in September, the heat was abnormal, the water would not say that it was warm, but tolerable, about +24, in the south the water is colder due to the current, I would recommend Tossa de Mar in the north of the Costa Brava, very beautiful city, if you do not need a relaxing holiday, but you need night parties, clubs, etc., then you are in Lloret de Mar, I would recommend Andalusia, it's just a fairy tale !!! Well, if it’s closer to the New Year, then of course it’s better to visit the Canary Islands, where spring is all year round, the air temperature is about 24, water 21-22

If you decide to go to the Canary Islands, then Tenerife has a very good beach with imported sand from the Sahara playa de las Teresitas, a few km from the capital, in Puerto de la Cruz there is also a good beach with black black sand.

were in Salou, Costa Dorado, at the end of July 2010, the water is very warm, the entrance to the sea is silky golden sand, the depth is normal (not shallow) ... Salou itself is a good town, next to the famous PortAventura, 50 minutes to Barca by train. Were in the hotel Blaumar 4 *
аватар Lena5502
What a coincidence, and we were in Blanes, too, at the Blaumar 4 hotel

I have been to many places in Spain and all of them are interesting in their own way. From November, you only need to go to Tenerife (Canary Islands). In other places it will be colder, and it’s colder to swim.
аватар Lena5502
I completely agree with lera-ltd, closer to winter only to the Canary Islands, Tenerife or Gran Canaria
аватар 44astra44
Thank you all for your answers! :))) I don't plan to go in winter! I would like in the summer, so that the water is warm and you can go on excursions in between !!! And where hotels work on AL or full board!!! I have never been to Spain! Thanks again everyone!!

we took breakfast and dinner, dined in cafes, very good. You can also have a bite to eat in the room, in our room there was a kitchenette with a stove, coffee pot, etc., especially convenient if you have a small child. In the evening, cafes on the embankment are packed with people, you can’t sit everywhere, especially with a company, so it was more convenient for us to have dinner at the hotel, otherwise you can only take breakfast. I think that all inclusive is not worth taking in Spain, but it's up to you...

With a huge variety of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets in Spain, I would not take all and I don’t see the point in this, they took half board and then rarely went for dinner, basically it turned out that they only had breakfast. As for the water, I doubt that it will be warm, even in the south, even in the north, not to mention the Canary Islands, but you can swim, tolerably. And at the expense of the resort, city, island in Spain, yes, they are all beautiful in their own way, if you want to combine a beach holiday with attractions, then this is continental Spain: Catalonia, this is of course the beauty of Barcelona, I would recommend the resort Playa de Aro, Costa Brava ( Blanes or Tossa de Mar), if to the south, then the Costa del Sol, then this is of course Malaga, Marbella, Cordoba, Seville, Granada. Well, there is something to see on the islands, if you choose between the Canaries and the Boleares, then the water on the Balearic Islands is warmer :)
аватар lera-ltd
With a huge variety of cafes and restaurants, Lena5502 forgot to add that the prices there are also European. It's cheaper to take all the same HB or All. In addition, food in Europe, even in three rubles, is quite tasty and varied. And the water is equally warm in the Canaries and Boleares. It’s just that in the Boleares in November the water is already cold, but in the Canaries, due to the fact that the climate is warmer, you can swim in November. So it’s not true that the Bolearic water is warmer.

lera-ltd, read more carefully, 555Alena555 is not going to rest in Spain in November, but in the summer! Well, I was in the Canary Islands in June, October, in April the water was no higher than 20-22 degrees, do not forget that the Canary Islands have a cold North Atlantic current, if you say that it is warm there, then I have a doubt, that you swam in it, yes, the season lasts all year round, we rested in the Bolearic Islands in August, the water warmed up to 26 degrees, if on the Canary Islands we just went for a dip, then in Mallorca we almost did not climb out of the water. I won’t argue about the food, to each his own, but the food in cafes is much tastier, our dinner was on average 40 Euros for two, at lunchtime the menu of the day is distributed everywhere, it’s about 18-20 euros. We have already talked about hotel food.
аватар Lena5502
And also about ALL, taking such food, it at least turns out that you are tied to the hotel, it was convenient when we were in the Dominican Republic and Cuba, because further than the hotel only on excursions, but in Spain there is everything convenience for independent travel, it is very convenient to rent a car.
аватар lera-ltd
Lena5502 in April you can splash in warmer water than Spanish. And about the attachment to the hotel ... so who makes you eat off the money spent for All. When in Mallorca I invited my friend to go to Palma, she answered me - "Well, I'll skip lunch")). So for such gluttons, your 40 euros for a meal 3 times a day will cost a decent penny. And about the deliciousness of food, I personally once got very poisoned in a cafe, and in a pretty good one. And in hotels, of course, they certainly give you something from yesterday, but hardly anyone gets hurt. Because it will cause a public outcry and ruin the reputation of the hotel.
аватар Lena5502
Once again I am convinced how many people have so many opinions. I agree that in April you can splash in warmer water, but it just so happened that a friend invited me to a wedding, she lives just in Tenerife in Santa Cruz.

If you want to go in the summer, then it will be very hot in Andalusia, in Mallorca and the Canaries it is "hard" with excursions - there is no such variety. I live in Blanes on the Costa Brava - our water temperature in October was 23º-24º, but we bought tickets to the Canary Islands in advance - so there were only once on the beach during a week of rest, and then not for long, because there was a strong wind and sand fell asleep eyes, the water was 20 degrees. As for food - there really is no point in taking food at the hotel - for half board (for example) you will be charged 15 euros a day, and on the street in a restaurant you can take a menu for lunch for 9-10 euros, and you can have breakfast well for 3 -4 euros. I worked in hotels and saw how food is prepared, stored, etc. - I don’t eat anything in the hotel, but for relaxation I try to book apartments with a kitchen. There are many cases of poisoning in hotels, but no one can ever prove that he ate only in a hotel and did not “intercept” anything outside the hotel - so you won’t spoil your reputation with mass poisoning.

Thanks everyone for the advice! Of course, I want to lie on the sea and go on excursions! How much does a car rental cost? Or is it cheaper to use public transport?

ugh Canaries))

555Alena555 For rent, look at the sites http://www.goldcar.es/, if you are on the Costa Brava, you can book in Lloret, even if you live in another town, they will bring you and take you back the car for free http://www.europcar. com/car-rental-SPAIN-LLORET_DE_MAR.html But if the question is the price, then it seemed to me. that public transport is cheaper, but again, depending on where, in this case, I'm talking about Catalonia, because. toll roads and not cheap gasoline, in the Canaries it is more convenient to move around the island by car http://www.tenerife-hire-a-car.com/alquiler_coches/paso1.php, you can see it on the Pluscar website

Thank you Lena5502!!! I'll watch everything! :)))
аватар DENIRA
Goldcar gives and picks up cars only at airports and they have a condition that you can’t travel outside the borders of the autonomy and the country, I would not advise anyone to contact Europcar, because. rent a car really cheaply only with a huge deductible (read the fine print), and even the smallest breakdown occurs (for example, a small, barely noticeable scratch will “tear off 3 skins” from you - at least about 1000 euros).
