We decided to entrust the organization of our first trip to Spain to professionals and turned to TPG on the recommendation of acquaintances. The manager quickly found a hotel that met our needs and budget, advised on the rest, constantly kept in touch and helped in resolving issues. We arrived at the hotel for dinner. The staff at the reception are very attentive, polite, responsive. Settled in quickly. We booked a Standard room. The room looked stylish and modern. The bed is comfortable, large, sofa, table, many shelves, spacious wardrobe, mini-bar, TV, air conditioning. Bathroom with shower, bidet, set of towels and quality cosmetics. Plumbing in good condition. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. There are slippers and bathrobes. There were no complaints about cleaning, everything was changed and brought on time. The staff is very nice, ready to help, they do their job well. The hotel has a very beautiful territory, well-groomed, there are three swimming pools, areas with sun loungers. There is a Spa area with many services and treatments, a gym and a jacuzzi. Wi-fi worked well throughout the territory. The food is very good, nothing superfluous, everything is delicious. In the morning pastries, eggs, cheeses, fish, fruits, vegetables, juices, coffee. Dinners with meat and fish dishes, salads, side dishes and delicious desserts. The waiters are neat and tidy, serving tables quickly. The animation at the hotel is very calm and unobtrusive, in the morning there is yoga, classes in the pool, live music in the evenings. There are two beaches located in bays. Sandy, one with paid, the second with free sunbeds, but the water is dirty. Near the hotel there is a good bar and several restaurants, but in general, it is very quiet and peaceful around. I can recommend the hotel for a measured family vacation.
