We decided to entrust the organization of our first trip to Spain to professionals and turned to TPG on the recommendation of acquaintances. The manager quickly found a hotel that met our needs and budget, advised on the rest, constantly kept in touch and helped in resolving issues. We arrived at the hotel for dinner.

We decided to entrust the organization of our first trip to Spain to professionals and turned to TPG on the recommendation of acquaintances. The manager quickly found a hotel that met our needs and budget, advised on the rest, constantly kept in touch and helped in resolving issues. We arrived at the hotel for dinner. The staff at the reception are very attentive, polite, responsive. Settled in quickly. We booked a Standard room. The room looked stylish and modern. The bed is comfortable, large, sofa, table, many shelves, spacious wardrobe, mini-bar, TV, air conditioning. Bathroom with shower, bidet, set of towels and quality cosmetics. Plumbing in good condition. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. There are slippers and bathrobes. There were no complaints about cleaning, everything was changed and brought on time. The staff is very nice, ready to help, they do their job well. The hotel has a very beautiful territory, well-groomed, there are three swimming pools, areas with sun loungers. There is a Spa area with many services and treatments, a gym and a jacuzzi. Wi-fi worked well throughout the territory. The food is very good, nothing superfluous, everything is delicious. In the morning pastries, eggs, cheeses, fish, fruits, vegetables, juices, coffee. Dinners with meat and fish dishes, salads, side dishes and delicious desserts. The waiters are neat and tidy, serving tables quickly. The animation at the hotel is very calm and unobtrusive, in the morning there is yoga, classes in the pool, live music in the evenings. There are two beaches located in bays. Sandy, one with paid, the second with free sunbeds, but the water is dirty. Near the hotel there is a good bar and several restaurants, but in general, it is very quiet and peaceful around. I can recommend the hotel for a measured family vacation. We rested at the Blau Porto Petro hotel from 29.07. 2014 to 6.08. 2014. The rest was ruined by a ROBBING on the first night. In appearance, the hotel was quite modest, which was confirmed by going into the lobby. At the reception we were greeted quite hospitably and quickly settled. In appearance, the hotel was quite modest, which was confirmed by going into the lobby. At the reception we were greeted quite hospitably and quickly settled. The room was decorated in a minimalist style, but everything was clean and tidy. The most remarkable thing was opened from the balcony: a beautiful turquoise sea with snow-white yachts, the sound of the surf and the incredible smell of lavender growing right under the balcony, the room was on the first floor. Returning from dinner in the evening, we did not want to turn on the air conditioner, given the charms outside the window and the fresh air, we left the balcony door ajar and went to bed. At night, I woke up from a rustle in the room, I saw a male silhouette at the table located in the middle of the room. I thought it was my husband and called out to him, and only when he began to move quickly to the balcony and climb over it, I realized that this was not my husband. I rushed to the table and saw that the bags had disappeared. Awakened husband and daughter called the reception and reported what had happened. In the meantime, they themselves ran there. A security guard, who, as it turned out later, was the only one on the territory of the hotel, went to meet them slowly and delving into the phone. Approaching me from the side of the balcony, he asked if the door was open, said very badly and left, just as slowly. We wrote a statement to the police, turned to Natalie Tur for support. Hotel manager Jaime Oliver invited us to a meeting where he was very rude and blamed us for what had happened. To our question “if we were beaten, killed or raped in your hotel room, would you also not be held responsible? ” he said, that's your problem. While staying at the hotel, we saw and learned that the territory is not guarded in any way: there are no cameras, the door from one public beach does not close, and the other is not fenced at all, so strangers freely enter the hotel territory (swim in the pool, lie on sunbeds, use the services hotel). In my opinion, this is not 5 *, the price does not match the quality. I was very disappointed with the rude attitude of the hotel management.

The hotel is simply magnificent - a large landscaped area, beautiful, spacious rooms with sea views, excellent food. Various animations. Rested with family. Pleased with the excellent service and landscaped area. Beautiful and very well built hotel. Minibuses run around the territory, and you can always get to any point from any corner of the hotel.

They clean up well. The pools are clean. There is always a lifeguard on duty. Food and drinks are excellent. Various animations in the evening. Every day interesting show programs for every taste. The only downside is the small beach. But yours. Because most of the beaches in Mallorca are municipal. Here, there are no outsiders. A sprawling tree grows on the beach, it is very beautiful, under it everyone is happy to relax. In the evening you can sit in the bar with panoramic sea views. The breakfast buffet is varied. Not far from the hotel there is a town (3 minutes) and there are numerous restaurants with excellent cuisine (if you get tired of eating at the hotel). A small problem is the remoteness of the hotel from Palma de Mallorca (50 km). But calm and just wonderful! Neighbors from the Iberostar hotel complained about the hotel and quietly envied us.
