All these hotels are very weak at 3 * - old and poor food. Accordingly, they are very cheap and groups of young people from Germany, Holland, Italy, etc. rest in them ... I myself worked at the reception desk in one of these hotels - you won’t wait for peace there and waste your money. If you want peace, you need to take apartments.
