The rocky coast is not in Lloret itself, but between Lloret and Blanes and between Lloret and Tossa. But it’s almost impossible to get to the beaches between Lloret and Tossa (there are closed villages and only locals can call in). Between Lloret and Blanes is exactly what I described above.
