The world of Gaudí

Having chosen Spain for a holiday, I can say for sure that you will not regret it. Very good value for money. We went through "1000 Tours" (Kyiv). Everything is clear: we quickly picked up a tour, very quickly processed the documents and wished a good rest. AND REST SUCCESSFUL!!!
So. Flight: Kyiv-Barcelona-Kyiv (UIA) - no complaints.
The host of Natalie Tours is good enough.
Our resort is a small, cozy town of Santa Susanna on the Costa Brava, 60-70 km from Barcelona. We drove from the airport for about an hour, taking into account that tourists were transported to nearby cities along the way.
Santa Susanna is the ideal place for those who like to relax in peace. There are few residents there, and there are not many vacationers there either. The hotel zone and the residential zone are separated. Almost all hotels are within 5-10 minutes. walk from the sea.
An electric train runs along the sea, and don't let that scare you. You don’t hear it at all and you don’t need to cross the rails to get to the sea - there is an underground passage. This train goes to Barcelona !! ! One hour and you are in the city of divine beauty.
We stayed at the Alhambra 3 * hotel. As for 3 * - very good. Cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, bed - once a week. Central air conditioning, which turns on when you enter the room and turns off when you open the door to the balcony. The room is not cramped, cozy.
The hotel has a large concert venue and a disco club - the most popular in the resort. Every evening different artists performed, both local and well-known). We just had a view from the room to the concert venue. In the evening there was simply nowhere to sit. They came from all hotels to listen to beautiful music, flamenco, etc.
The food is normal, although the menu is the same, except that the types of meat have changed. And so - 100% continental breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like was that the appliances (knives, forks) were not always well washed - the dishwasher couldn’t cope)).
The hotel itself is very comfortable. The reception speaks Spanish, English, German. Always help and advise. I draw your attention to the fact that the safe in the room is for a fee, the TV remote control and the refrigerator are also for money. You pay a deposit and enjoy the benefits of civilization. We took only the safe and at the end of the holiday the remote control. And we didn't really need it. We came to the sea to swim, travel to neighboring towns and, of course, Barcelona.
The train station is next to the hotel. I advise you to buy Bonotren to Barcelona - a ticket for 5 round trips - very economical. One trip is about 9 euros, and for 5 trips you will pay 30 euros. And already in Barcelona, go to Plaza Catalunya - the city center and either walk with your feet, which we did on the first trip, or by metro (buy a T10 pass - it costs 9 euros and entitles you to 10 trips for two. Also economical, since one trip costs 2 euros per person), by tour bus in earpiece (24 euros for the whole day). Barcelona is worth a trip. For 11 days of rest, we visited there 3 times and wanted more, but I also wanted to be at the sea. We also took a train to Blanes - also a very nice and beautiful town 5 km from Santa Susanna. I recommend. Of course, Montserrat - a monastery in the mountains 700 m above sea level - is a place of pilgrimage from all over the world. About Barcelona and Montserrat, you can TALK AND ADMIRE FOR A VERY LONG TIME. Yes, one more thing, thanks to Natalie Tours for the guide Konstantin, who accompanied us to Montserrat. A wonderful person and guide - he will not tell you any nonsense, invent stories to attract attention, as the guides of other groups did. Everything is specific and to the point. Nothing from the realm of fantasy. Who was there will understand me.
Let's go back to Santa Susanna. Beach - small-small pebbles. Very wide, clean enough. The sea is clean, though deep. I note that the Costa Brava is the place where there is always at least a slight wind, and therefore waves. During the day it is very warm, and in the evening take a blouse with you. Dinner for two averages 30 euros. Opposite the Alhambra there is a fish restaurant I advise. Near the large Carrefour supermarket there is a Chinese restaurant WOK NOU, where you come, pick up food as much as you can and it will be cooked for you and all this costs 10 euros.
To be in Spain and not try jamon and sangria is a sin)). We went to Carrefour for this.
