Two years ago I passed my first Camino de Santiago (a report on my feat can be read here - тиц сюди ). And I was two hundred percent sure that there would be no other Fireplace in my life.

This year I went through my second Camino de Santiago (yes, yes, a great sense of humor in life : )))) A detailed report with a million photos and even more text can be read here - click on the link ).

If you are not a fan of long texts, you are welcome to a short story about crossing the Alps of a single organism.

Day 1. Flight to and from Oviedo is the starting point for the Camino Primitivo. But for now there is time to just walk around the city.

Let's listen to Woody Allen's opinion of Oviedo: "This is a charming, exotic, beautiful, well-groomed, quiet and convenient for walking city. It seems to have been moved here from another life and resembles a fairy tale from the life of fairies ... " < / em>

And this city has more than 100 modern sculptures that symbolize an event dedicated to famous people or simply glorify some kind of activity.

For example, Rufus El. Perro Callejero. This figure has a very real prototype of a dog named Rufo, who appeared on the streets of Oviedo in the late 80's. He became famous for his unique ability to get into the thick of things.

He was present at demonstrations, participated in various meetings, forums, parties, and once even lit up at a government reception. In addition, the dog was surprisingly friendly and sociable, so it quickly became a favorite of Oviedo.

Or Monumento a la Concordia, where three men and four women are depicted in their "original" form . The author of the composition thus equated their social status and named the composition "Consent"

Day 2. First day Fireplace. Asturias falls in love at first sight and never lets go.

And her landscapes seem to have come from a painting by a talented artist ...

Day 3. Absolutely surreal sunrise. And the road as the main protagonist of our play. Asphalt, grass, dirt, sand, stones - it seems that my feet have trampled all possible types of the earth's surface today: ))

Day 5.

A day full of feelings and emotions

. Heavy ascent of 1205 meters. Long run. A day when you are equally happy in the evening because of the fact that this day was in your life and because it is finally over.

Day 6. The first snow of May fell. It was raining. Sometimes the sun looked. Asturias continued to amaze with the vagaries of its weather.

Day 7.

The symbolic border of the two Spanish provinces. Goodbye, Asturias! Hello, Galicia!

Day 8. The whole day we go together - rain and me. It's time to remember folklore and sing:

There's a tree in the woods,

And behind it is a tree -

That's the end of the forest ...

No, no! There's still a tree,

And behind it is a tree -

That's the end of the forest ...

No, no! .../ repeat indefinitely /

Day 9. Meadow. The first big city on the road. Here the Roman walls passed through the centuries and remained intact. Today their total length is 2.117 meters.

Day 10. Unusually sunny and warm Galicia. Camino Primitivo is sparsely populated, so you already recognize all your friends. And yes, the first question that usually comes to mind when trying to remember someone is the classic: "Where did I sleep with him ?! " : )))

Day 11. It's hot today. I'm learning a new exciting game called "Find the Shadow". I taste the local delicacy "polbo á feira" - an octopus cooked in a copper cauldron.

Day 12. There are more and more people on the road. Recreation sites also compete in creativity.

A special pilgrim beer is brewed here, and a playground with sun loungers, hammocks and swings has been set up there. Well, how do you get past here? ! ! : ))

Day 13. Hooray! Reached! The finale of my fireplace. In 12 days the following was passed: the official version, confirmed by the Certificate - 334 km; Google Maps data - 312 km; pedometer - 363 km or 55.436 steps.

Day 14. The fireplace is over, and I continue my acquaintance with Spain. The city of Zamora, which dates back to 852. A city where the austere and laconic architecture of Romanesque churches peacefully coexists with the refined and slightly frivolous modernism of modern buildings. The city of storks on the bell towers. The city where the most delicious "shurros" with hot chocolate are prepared. Zamora is a city you want to return to ...

Day 15. Salamanca. A city of concentrated creative energy. Salamanca, she surprises, conquers and fascinates. It charges. Makes you smile. She is very different. But always great.

Day 16. Segovia. City of a thousand and one species. The city of the fantastic Roman Aqueduct. The city of the last Gothic cathedral built in Europe.

The city of the majestic Alcazar, which throughout its history has been a fortress, royal residence, prison and artillery school. Segovia, it is open, touristy and very photogenic.
