Space porridge right in the museum
Leaving the funicular from Tibidabo, you can wait for bus 196 and go down a couple of stops, and then turn right along the way. After walking 300 meters, you will see this modern building. Or you don’t have to wait for the bus, because going down is not going up, and in 15-20 minutes you can easily reach the place (it was funny when I waved my hands in front of my wife that they say it’s 400 meters away, and nearby tourist couples were already organized sitting down in a taxi heading there). By the way, they reached Kashi easily. Half of the way runs through the park, so it's not very tiring.
The complex begins to amaze already from the very approaches, it is very skillfully turned into a completely boring object of study. A promising patio leads you to the entrance of the building, which rises a couple of floors up and 5 floors down. The ticket cost 3 euros. Plus, there may be some extra-curricular exhibitions - they are paid separately.
At intermediate stations there is a weather station, a planetarium and skeletons of prehistoric creatures. But the most interesting is below. It is there that the realm of nature begins, modernized with the latest technology.
Here you will find the application of almost all sections of physics, plus chemistry and biology. This is just a storehouse of examples from life for the learning generation of schoolchildren.
Everything is here, artificially created storms in the desert, hurricanes, the structure and functioning of cells, the principles of the brain in practice.
Finally, you will see a flooded forest inhabited by mammals.
The complex is rightfully ranked among the most modern and innovative in Europe, and only the duty of the tourist called us further from this delightful place that combines science, education and entertainment. You can easily spend half a day here, and if you are a pimply schoolboy with the eternal question “why”, then you can register here.
