We had a terrace. The tour had a view of the mountains. And settled in the terrace at no extra charge. Of the pluses, you can leave the room through the balcony (my husband used it when he went diving in the child's dream). Of the minuses, the grass is constantly watered and the child then dragged dirt and stones from the lawn into the room. I don't see the point in paying more.

The terrace overlooked an artificial lake (Laguna). We went straight from the room to the lake in the morning.
