Yes, it's too early to look at prices for October-November. It's not really the season right now. In September, the picture will be clearer. But get ready for the price of 1700 USD. for a room overlooking the mountains or the Pentagon Garden (as one of the buildings is called). And then + ~ 100 c.u. for a room from which you can somehow see the sea (Sea View) and it seems + ~ 300 for a room with a sea view (Sea Front). Yes! At the hotel, the staff does not speak Russian at all; a European class hotel and 90-90% of it are Europeans in the majority of the age category from 50 onwards. Prepare to communicate with staff in English.

At the end of October, prices are best viewed at the end of September. Now nobody knows them. One can only assume that the price for 3 will be above 2000 USD. We have been flying together since the end of March to the Sea View room. For 7 days it cost 1800 USD. And the ticket was bought exactly a month before departure. After 3 days, there were no more places at all. To be more precise, we had a flight on March 19th. 3 days after we bought the ticket, the next flight for which there were places was on April 2.
