Please tell me a hotel in Sharm in a calm bay with a sandy sunset and no corals. The child is afraid of a large number of hedgehogs and fish. We are planning a holiday in December.

Only Iberotel Palace. And everyone should be afraid of hedgehogs and they are not tied to corals
You're better off near Hurghada at Sunrise Makadi. The hotel is protected from the wind, the beach is children's happiness, it definitely won't be scary there and it will definitely be good

SUNRISE ROYAL MAKADI 5*? Do you mean this hotel? Will there be a cool sea and wind in December?
аватар katrusik2272
Look in Sharm for hotels in Naama Bay, the sunset is sandy, the bottom is cleaned from stones and corals. The bay is protected from the winds. Good hotels on the first line in terms of service, food, beaches and entry into the sea Novotel, Maritim Casino, Fayrouz Resort. There is a good hotel on the second line with Le Royal Holiday Resort Aqua Park, but unfortunately there will not be the best beach for three hotels.

Will there be a cool sea and wind in December?
===========
The bay warmed up well, right now it's 27. The beach is absolutely calm, the sea is calm. The water cools slowly and will not be colder than in Naama with weak hotels. Choose

Royal Holiday, Sharm Dreams, Novotel, Movenpick, Reef Oasis Beach, Faraana Reef, Maritim Casino

Reef Oasis Blue Bay of course not. Winter is better in Sharm

Swimming slippers are better than hedgehogs. and the bay is the best at this time near the Albatross in Hadab.

Hurghada may be cold for a child in December, and the Royal Holiday is not a good hotel read reviews

Windless south of Naama Bay. The entrance is everywhere sandy. Hotels from good "Novotel" There are two of them. Which is across the road (300 meters from the sea) a couple of hundred cheaper. Also Cataract. Take it easy 4 * .. But cheaper.

and, better Charm

in a windless bay with a sandy sunset and no corals.
========
Most of these hotels with coral and fish near the shore are enough
Hurghada can be cold for a child in December.
=========
Hurghada in winter for thrill seekers. Only Makadi Bay is the northern part. I still support Old Palace. But Sunrise Makadi is perfect for a child

Whatever there are 10-15 options, then at least voice the budget. Child age? He is afraid of sea urchins, so it’s also necessary to look for a hotel so that these urchins are in the sea and within walking distance of the child))

On the map near Movenpick is Rehana Royal ???

about hotels in Ras Um El Sid Bay (Sentido, Oasis Reef, Farahana): if a child is afraid of fish, then this is not the place for you. Hurry to Iberotel Palace, in Maya Bay

I imagine how a child can be afraid of fish, such as in an aquarium.
For hotels - Sharm, Ras-um-Sid bays, Naama Bay. Sandy coast, calm sea.
Hurghada - in many hotels there are sandy lagoons with shallow water, you need to choose hotels with a coast, covered terrain, buildings, even green spaces from the wind. As an example, the former LillyLand hotel, now it has been renamed Mirage Bay Reasort & Aquapark. I recommend it. A shallow lagoon for children and adults with weak rights, a large very green area and their water park. I have a lot of photos in my account, come in, look at the bays and hotels, it's there. where exactly was I.
And wean the child from the fear of fish, frogs, mice, cats!

Yes, I will publish one photo from Lilly Land here. And there is access to the reef along the bridges, where those who are not afraid of fish dive! This is a lagoon.

Now we are resting in Ghazala Garden, a very decent hotel across the road from the beach, the number of rooms is better than in Ghazala Beach on the first line. The entrance to the sea is wonderful, gentle, sandy. The food is good. I do not understand why no one in the chat advises this hotel. And at a very good price, as for Naama Bay

Iberotel Palace - everything is super - food, location, service, beach, sea, entry into the sea, bottom, etc.
We have already rested in it three times - precisely because of the child - where he can safely enter the water himself.
The location of the hotel is the best it can be - the city's Old Market area is a place where tourists are taken in the evening for shopping from the Nyama Bay, Soho, etc. areas. It takes 20 minutes to drive from the airport (maybe up to 30 minutes) - they are delivered first.
There is one minus - the cost of the hotel is now about $ 2,500 for three (2 adults + child) for seven days. That is why we go in the summer - the price is lower.
In short, we recommend a great quiet hotel (there is a children's program in the evening) with excellent service and a wonderful location!
Have a good trip!

Look at Movenpick. Super beaches (there are 5 of them). There is no wind, it is in Naama Bay.
аватар Fancase
Iberotel is located in the bay of El Maya, there are other hotels with beaches in this bay.
Minus - as a rule, hotels in the second line and the beaches are taken by bus.
For example Xperience St, George, Il Merkato....
But the price is much more democratic.
аватар mindguru
Il Merkato actually does not have its own beach and carries two city ones.
TS, check out Ghazala Gardens as you were advised.

Spruce is considered to be carried on 4 beaches, one of them

The safest approach is from the pontoon, but from the sand, just stepping on hedgehogs or something worse. Let the child continue to be afraid of fish, and therefore never touch them with his hands. The fish themselves do not attack. Even sharks, and those people eat only in the movies, in life, the Red Sea are not at all dangerous. All the troubles from fish / corals happen only to those who themselves stubbornly climb to them. It is better for those who are especially impressionable not to go to the sea early in the morning, but to wait until the people start swimming, the yachts will sail - by lunchtime you will still have to look for these fish, who have not yet been scared away. And who, on the contrary, to see the fish - swim to the corals early in the morning, only there is something fishy and you can see. If you're lucky.
