Nice hotel for adults for the 2nd half of November

My husband and I are flying on our first vacation in 10 years, so very good. I want to choose a decent hotel.
Priorities:
1. Maximum warm / windless.
2. Good reef. Ideal - entry from the shore + pontoon, but only a pontoon is possible.
3. Large, well-groomed territory of the hotel.
4. Food, restaurants and bars.
5. Number.

Delta charm is not even close to the mentioned hotels, budget 4 on the third line with a small beach, there is at least one plus - Naama and that's it.
