You can eat seafood at the Fares(Old Market) restaurant, you can also buy fresh seafood at the markets and they will cook it for you (fry, boil your choice) on the spot in 30-40 minutes, shrimp cost 8-10 dollars / kg. If you pay in pounds, it turns out 6.5-8 dollars, but if you sit in their restaurant, high taxes and the price doubles. 2kg is enough for three people, come to your hotel, take beer for free and enjoy the whole evening, but the main thing is to sneak it through security, hotels don’t like it when they bring food (shrimps from the hotel on the beach cost about 40 dollars / kg). A taxi costs max-5 dollars one way, we usually take it in 2 directions (we immediately stipulate all the conditions), they take us, wait for 3-4 hours, then back, for 6 dollars for the whole car in two directions with payment at the exit on the way back . For 30 thousand at least find a good rooming house for 3. Seafood at your expense. Fly with a 4-year-old child, then choose for him already, so that the beach is close, the food is less. If you want both food and circuses, then the budget needs to be significantly increased.
