I can recommend Novotel. There are two of them, although they are one and the same. One across the road (not far) is a couple of hundred cheaper. Advantages - sandy entrance and coral reefs and reef labrinths at a depth of growth. Very nice with a mask. And the bay is windless.

The sandy beach almost in the center of Naama Bay is Ghazala Beach (there is also Ghazala Gardens - across the road). In the evening there is where to go out, but with the reef I strained. A good reef is either Rehana or Grand Hotel. The first two hotels on your list are completely dead. In terms of price-quality balance, I personally would recommend Ghazala Beach (the food is still better in Ghazala Gardens, but the second line). Have a nice holiday!

Regency has no reef and 350 m pontoon, there is no sand entry in Siva and Sharm Plaza. Siva is the weakest in nutrition.

My first holiday in Egypt was at Ghazala Beach Hotel. Now I often rest there, I have a club membership. Sandy entry into the sea, normal sunbeds, good location, in the heart of Sharm. "Ghazala Beach 4 *" - in my opinion, not the best choice. Cons: there are 2 hotels on the beach, everyone hangs out on the territory too. The sea is shallow, felt at low tide. In the beach area there are many different vessels, the smells of fuel and lubricants. Finally it is 4****. If the money is the same, then 5 ***** is better with its own beach and clear sea. You can also enter the sea from the stairs. If you can't swim, wear armlets.

The most interesting reef in Sharm Plaza where I've been. And you can swim in both directions, no one whistles. Then Siwa, but the hotel itself is simpler. Dream Vacation has an interesting beach with steps down, but a weak reef. Although I liked the hotel itself, friendly staff, the kitchen is an order of magnitude higher than in the 5-ke Siwa and Mercato within walking distance if you are interested in shopping.
