We fly from Coral, UIA carrier. Return flight on Friday at 22:30. You will be picked up from your hotel just before dinner. I want to abandon the usual group transfer with TO and take a taxi to the airport after a hearty dinner (at the all hotel before departure). We also prefer to drive to the airport on our own in Hurghada. Registration ends in 45 minutes, starts in 3 hours. The best option is to be at the airport in 1.5-2 hours. Subject to possible baggage checks. Check with local taxi drivers, or in the Careem app, how long it will take to get to the airport from your hotel.

It’s easier with Hurghada, there is a large airport, but in Sharm how lucky - friends have recently returned, so they say the queues were just kapets, so my IMHO is no later than two hours before departure.

It seems like you can walk nearby for money without a crowd (I was later told about such an option), but I won’t say it, maybe I didn’t see it myself. Leave, well, I would have left in 3.5 hours. 30 minutes on the road is just right and there is time left for the rest of the procedures.

Well, besides the fact that it’s just nice to have a normal breakfast at the hotel and drive to the airport comfortably in an air-conditioned Toyota, instead of leaving at 6 am with check-ins in other hotels and even in lured shops where guides have interest! The taxi will drive quickly, but keep in mind that the influx of tourists is large, all luggage checks, photographing, passing checks take a lot of time.
