The airport is cheaper than the city. Bought for 7 dollars. 6 GB Vodafone. Enough for 7 days with a head.

Eh, I look at questions about fins-masks and sim cards appear quite often, but no one wants to use them.

It's still orange or vodafone
They have min now 8 GB.
8 ye and 10 GB 10 ye.
Both of them work well. There are enough points around the city and near the hotels.
But better on arrival

In December, taking the "orange" at Hurghada airport for 10 GB + bonus 10 GB (20 GB in total) for $ 9, the Internet worked the next day ... traffic stopped at 9.5 GB ... there is nowhere to complain!
Now I flew to Sharm and at the airport took "etisalat " for 10 GB + bonus 10 GB (total 20 GB) for 10 dollars ... traffic stopped at 10.6 GB ... ... ... understand only English ... they said that the system shows 20 GB used, and the fact that my 10th iPhone shows only 10.6 GB used, they are not interested.
I crossed Iberotel Street and bought a 9.9 GB Internet package from Vodafone for 162 pounds ($ 1 = £ 17.5) ... still in Egypt.

Upon arrival, I bought an Orange SIM card at Sharm airport (locals say that the connection and the Internet are definitely better) 10GB + 10GB as a gift for $ 10.
I used it for 22 days, I left it still worked. Recommend!

Please tell me who is strong, and Orange (10G + 10G), the second batch 10G are activated independently after using the first
10G or need to produce some manipulation issues?
аватар vlastelin_2005
shcherbakov_egor ... nothing is activated in orange, just 9.5 GB stops traffic and all, you will not prove anything to anyone)))

Two weeks ago I took Orange 10GB + 10GB as a gift for $10 at the airport.
The Internet was excellent, there were only minor problems with the viber, but I attribute this to the location of the hotel (city center) and the presence of incomprehensible radio towers nearby.

With viber / skype problems, alas, that's not why. But because Yegikomnadzor blocks it a little. And, in general, you need to know that in this friendly tourist country there is zero "democracy", and the concept of "human rights" does not exist in principle. In addition to blocking, the relevant Egyptian services also monitor all Internet traffic. Yes, they have employees who speak English and even Russian/Ukrainian. I don't scare, I just warn. So far, there have been no cases of arrests of foreigners for something like that, but that a visa was not given for unknown reasons - this has already happened. Moreover, they did not give it to several people there, in general, living, having apartments, and so on. The reason has remained unclear.
By the way, the use of VPN and proxy is not prohibited in any way. Highly recommend. God saves man, who save himself. W
