There is a magnificent reef near the Inter Plaza Hotel, but I can’t say for sure which bay it is in. There are even sailing ships with divers. I had a rest there in October 2009. I saw moray eels, stingrays, in general, the reef is very beautiful.

Try the Aulyu Bay or the White Knight. I recommend it!
Hilton Shark Bay, Sunrise Island Aiyo and Garden, Concorde, Sierra, Savoy, Savita, Pyramiza, Royal Rojana.
