Was in Stella in August. The hotel is great!!! Food, service, cleanliness - top notch! Beach only with a pontoon. The coral is nothing compared to what we saw before. There is nowhere to swim. On the one hand, an abandoned hotel, on the other, a military base. The city is close, taxis too.
