Does your spouse have an Armenian passport to travel abroad? I think yes. That's elementary, I opened Google and asked in the search "entry to Egypt for a citizen of Armenia" .... The Egyptians don't care what country the Armenian citizen came from. Shinai only rules apply to all countries. You can find out from the Armenian travel agencies. And the fact that your husband has a residence permit does not bother anyone, his passport is Armenian
