If the reef had not been a priority (I have already been in charm 3 times - for friends, they were not) I would have taken Tropitel to Naama Bay and wouldn’t have steamed - and the bay is windless for winter, and according to reviews it’s good and 4 pools out of 5- im heated...

I don’t know what was renamed there, but back in February I found Sultan garden 5 * in Shark's Bay, it is 7-8 km from Naama. Did he swim? on the hotel website http://www.sultangardens.com/en there is a business card with the address, where "in English" is written: Shark's Bay. does it look like Naama bey?

Sultan Gardens is a great hotel!
This is not a second line, just the hotel area is large and has a steep descent / ascent to the beach.
