mindguru did you fly from Minsk with Join Ap? Do you have a substantive answer? As I understand it, this is not even a tour operator, but a carrier. In Kyiv it is Sky AP, in Minsk it is Belavia. Therefore, from Minsk it is 1/3 more expensive. Maybe I'm wrong, that's why I'm asking.
