If you need fresh pictures - send, I was there in July and saw both hotels. Also keep in mind that there is a second line in Interplaz and if they settle there, then you will need to walk a little to the sea. In general, with children it is better to go to Hurghada on sandy beaches. And if you go through Tez Tour to Aladdin, Ali Baba or Jasmine (one territory), then the water park will be across the road and 1 day is included in the price. I take my kids there all the time and everyone loves it.

Shopping in Sharm is 20% of shopping in Hurghada. there is frankly nowhere to walk in Sharm, even to the mountain, along which at least some kind of transport moves, it is very far from most hotels. And in Hurghada there are whole promenades with fountains. Watching corals all the time is also annoying, and besides this, there is simply nothing to do in Sharm.
