You have quite the right amount. There should not be any humiliating conditions in a hotel for such a price. Of the ones you named, Blue Bay is more likely, or as advised above.

in Sharm we rested in three completely different hotels - depending on the purpose of the holiday (with a company, family or with children) and it was always good, you have enough money, don’t bother much. A month ago we were a company in Delta Sharm - yes, useless alcohol, but kind people warned us and we had it with us! But - clean, comfortable, green, 12 swimming pools on the territory, a calm beach, friendly staff, delicious food! And the best reefs away from the coast, on boat trips on a yacht - are inexpensive, take vouchers not from a hotel guide, but from guides on the beach - $ 15-20 per day with meals.

It's normal for conflicting reviews. Everything is subjective: who likes watermelon, and who likes pork cartilage. In order not to read completely custom reviews, I usually look at booking reviews, most of the reviews are from people who really rested in these hotels.

Xperiens sea breese is one of the most compact hotels with numerous stairs.
Sierra - second line from the beach 10 minutes.

I would choose Faraama reef 4* - 1210 - 11 days. Italian hotel with a good Italian set of dishes, there is a restaurant on the beach, it's great to dine there with a view of the sea ... by the way, a photo of Faraana beach. I was there 2 times, for the first time in Egypt - an excellent choice, and the money will remain on the excursion, from your budget. tourists are brought to their beach on yachts, at least $ 25 a day - and you will enjoy every day there for free ..

If you choose several hotels based on reviews, look at the reviews of these hotels on youtube and then decide for sure which one you like best. Visually seeing is better than reading negative emotions who did not like the alcohol in his hotel :))

it's true - 1 line, the buildings stand "across the territory" one after another, between them there is a green area, a pool, bars ...
but the food is very high quality, for every taste - vegetarian and grilled, a lot of meat, fish - seafood ... for breakfast blue cheese and much more ... very good coffee ....
about the stories. that there is no tea at lunch and dinner, you need to go down to the bar .... partly true ... but there is a small but - the waiters go and bring everything you need - booze (very decent quality) and drinks ... (no tip!!!)
but the reef is awesome, the length of the pontoon is not great, as you go down into the water to swim to the left side, there is a pontoon of "mothballed hotels" .... and there are a lot of living creatures on the way there .... and moray eels and lionfish, and Napoleons ... and barracudas....and a lot more...if food and reef are important - this is a very decent hotel.....

In the evening they put on a show there (we are not amateurs, we need relaxation, silence ... but we got to the cobra show, dervish dances and oriental dances) ... the animators of the girl brought those who wanted to cool discos (to the desert, dolce vita .... salt some) ... vacationers said that they had good discounts .... there are free buses to the old city, Soho and Naama Bay (you need to sign up for them at the reception) ...

but to be honest, we paid $560 for 8 nights + $120 New Year's Eve dinner; girlfriend in January about 850 dollars. for 9 nights...so everything is in comparison...be sure to take a bus tour to Ras Mohammed .... there is a very good reef ... swimming "in fish soup" of unscared large living creatures is provided ... (namely, a bus tour !!! there is nothing to do there on a yacht)
