Ras Um Sid. There are 3 hotels in the first line. Reef Oasis 5, Club Faraana Reef 4 (very good 4, wave pool), Iberotel Club Fanara. Reef Oasis has the best beach, has a small pontoon. Iberotel has the smallest one. There are beautiful underwater landscapes in the bay, a lot of coral fish, moray eels. I myself rested in the Faraana Club at the end of June 2008. A good hotel, a lot of Italians, respectively, and their animation. Everything is at a good level. It is good to relax with children, there is sandy shallow water on the shore.

Agree with Iberotel Club Fanara, beautiful reef. In hotels, down the coast, I liked it less, compared to Sharks Bay "rest".

It is best to choose hotels in the Sharks Bay area.

Please comment on excerpts from reviews:
- In the neighborhood of Faraana there are Reef Oasis and Phanara. We were in all. If you choose from them, then Phanara is the best, because. Pharaana is already very shabby and the corals are dead there, and the Reef is much more expensive and it is not clear why
- at 9 am, ships with tourists are already sailing, and they scare away all the beautiful fish
-The downside is that a lot of boats come to this reef, and going down the stairs to the beach, you can see the film from the fuel on the water

Samy2 fish reef in Sharks Bay, there are hotels for every taste and budget: from the democratic Tropicana to the aristocratic Four Seasons. Whatever they say about other bays, Sharks Bay is the most fishy :-)
Hotels: Royal Rojana (party, noisy, cheerful, good for young people), Tropicana Grand Oasis, democratic, tidy, inexpensive. Four Seasons is insanely expensive (more than $7,000 for two for 14 days) but flawless in every way, there are no all-inclusive and no compatriots. Savoy - a simplified form of Four Seasons, moderately chic, with an all, high but not slick (about 4-5 thousand dollars), its second line is Sierra, not bad, inexpensive, Savoy managers, service is beyond praise. Then Sunrise go, the first and second line. Both are good, solid, well, the Sunrise line itself speaks for itself. Then Conchords! Front and sport. Cheerful, with good food with a lot of entertainment, worthy representatives of the Concord chain, inexpensive (about 3 thousand), then Hilton ..
dark horse :-) Hiltons .. they are like mushrooms, there are bad ones, but there are good ones :-) Then Savita - the new five is focused on Russians and Ukrainians, at the price of Sierra but the first line.
All hotels are good, fish is everywhere. Choose ;-)

In Ras Um Sid there is an excellent hotel Reef Oasis Blue Bay, but I really want to go there, but the fish there is not the same as in Sharks Bay, I know this, but the hotel itself ... :-)

I like Ras Um Sid better. This year we were in Savita (Sharks Bay) ... Ras Um Sid is better (Renaissance, Hilton, Royal Paradise))) Although the Tropicana Grand Oasis also has a very good reef (and therefore in the hotel next to Royal Royana)!

Ras Nasrani is the best of the bunch. From Conrad to Melia Sinai.
