If nothing has changed since November 2016, then Sinai only (being in Sinai) works for 15 days. Israel does not need a visa (for citizens of Ukraine).

Those. now free only for tourists who have bought a tour for less than 14 nights. I don’t know how in the Russian Federation, but in Ukraine, tourists who have bought tours for 14 or more nights are warned about the need to purchase a visa
