Yes, in the evening they put on blouses, but in the daytime they did not feel any discomfort on the beach. Of course, the weather changes a little from year to year. And actually, it is winter in Egypt, and February is considered the windiest month of the year. :) But whatever one may say, Jazz Phanara and Oasis Beach Reef are the least windy in Ras Um El Sid in particular and in Sharm in general.
