Unfortunately, I don't know where to read about the Nabq reserve. And it's not hard to find. Nabq is generally a district of Sharm El Sheikh. Therefore, you go to where the hotels end, and then along the coast. There is also a checkpoint at the entrance, so don't get lost.
Peace Park is located near the airport. If you drive from Naama Bay towards the airport, you will definitely see this park.

There is no shuttle bus to the park.
You can take a taxi. Although I can’t say for sure whether a taxi driver will be released at the checkpoint without permission. After all, in fact, it will be an excursion to the protected area. The locals are another matter, they will be let through. But tourists with a hotel bracelet ... Not a fact. Most likely you need permission.
There are two exits:
1) if you have local friends or good acquaintances, go with them in a private car,
2) contact the tour agency - they will organize an excursion for you (transfer, accompanying guide and all necessary permits). If this option is more convenient - write to me in a personal, I will organize it.
