I recommend "Rehana Sharm Resort 4 *", 2nd line, 5-6 minutes walk through the underground otlnel under the road and on the territory of the same hotel but 5th category or 2 minutes on an open bus.
Alcohol is local like everyone else, the quality is normal, I didn’t feel much difference between their gin and bifitor.
Coffee is delicious on the ground floor of the fish restaurant (you make yourself out of the machine - 2 espresso + hot milk, or americano + latte + chocolate), juices (synthetic like everyone else). The food is varied and there are a lot of tasty treats, including desserts.
Our tourist is warned there that from 24-00 alcohol will be paid (night mode), so people stock up on free portions for the whole family and friends (who could not come up, but they will come up later ;-)) Providing themselves with another 0.5-1 l liter of alcohol on the table)
They clean it cleanly and well - it’s not a sin for them to give 1 dollar for it.
