Yes, indeed the most budget - Oasis. They share a restaurant with Aquamarine. Everyone else has their own restaurants. The oasis is all on the mountain, but don't let that bother you, there are a lot of buses.
The restaurant is downstairs, towards the beach, going down is not a problem, steps are everywhere, and buses stop everywhere. The restaurant is large, modest, but tasty. We visited Domina Elizir in 2013. All is well, but not for me. The whole Domina is a huge complex of hotels. But getting out of it to "freedom" - to the Old Town or somewhere else - is a problem, only by taxi. Swimming from a pontoon on the Sultan beach (this is the beach for Elisir and Sultan) is possible only in one direction. You can’t even lower your legs in the other direction, the whipboy immediately whistles into the whistle. In general, everything is fine, but this is a concentration camp. I recommend looking at hotels in the Soho Square area. There is for any budget and there is a beautiful square nearby with various performances, singing fountains. You can get to the old city by minibus for 2 dollars.

The sandy entry into the sea is very small, there is only splashing. I wouldn't go there with kids. Somehow they can be provided with entertainment, but there can be problems with food.
