The sea is everywhere now +22-+23, but the winds are different. If I were you, I would prefer the Reef Oasis, I like corals there more (this is my personal opinion). Hotels in terms of windiness are approximately the same (located in low-wind bays). But the concord is on the Soho boardwalk. And next to the Reef is the Mercato oasis, 1001 nights and the old town.

I think the oasis will be more comfortable in the Reef. I was there for the last time in mid-December, there was no wind at all compared to other bays. Another undoubted "plus" of the Reef compared to Concord is the presence of a good entry into the sea from the shore (important if you are relaxing with children).

I was in Concord in May. And in May, during the 12 days of my vacation, the pontoon was closed 2 times in the afternoon (there is only an entrance to the sea from the pontoon), I don’t even know what to say about January. It seems to me that there is always wind on Soho, this bay is closer to Nabq than Ras Um Sid. I have just returned from Yegi, I was in Naama Bay (also considered a windless bay). You can swim (although I like it when it's warmer), but getting out of the water is a whole problem. They swam to the shore until their hands touched the sand. Then they quickly ran out, wrapped themselves in towels, dried up, and only then it was already possible to sunbathe. And then, after lunch, somehow I didn’t really want to go into the sea (a very strong wind). Everyone said that last year the winter was abnormally cold, but this year it is colder than last year (both in 2014 and in 2015 I was on the same dates: January 7 - 18). In short, I would choose Oasis Reef - again, entering the sea from the shore for me in winter is a big plus)))

The reef oasis is on the rock and the beach is below. Therefore, the hotel is "blown through by the wind", take clothes for the wind, especially in the evening. But day after day it doesn’t happen, it happened in the evening in a sundress, it’s normal, but the stole never interfered in February.
