Were with a child (13 years old) in Sharm. Type of food - breakfast + dinner. My daughter and I decided that overeating at night is harmful and changed to breakfast + lunch. Great, we weren't hungry. For lunch came later, closer to the end. There was enough food. Since they were not tied to dinner, in the evening they calmly went out into the city. In "Carrefour" we bought water, fruits, ice cream, a couple of times we sat in a cafe. I have experience of rest in Turkey on system "all inclusive". I concluded that it was not for me. But, again, we are moderate in food at home. And who is used to eating a lot - and "all inclusive" will not be enough.
