I got confused in the reviews and description. I read that the all "turns on and off" during the day in different bars, tea is either allowed or not there. Maybe everything has changed. But this happens with tea .. It was in Savita, in Grand Rotana .. tea had to be carried from the bar to the restaurant to drink with a pie .. nonsense.

I was in Renaissance not so long ago. I also got confused before buying a tour in the description of the food system. Now, having been there, I can say that the all there is the same as in other hotels and with tea and coffee without problems. I agree about the numbers. At first they also gave us a number, looking at the wall, and even got lost there. On the very first day they wanted to escape back to Sierra (they arrived from there). started to relax, a completely different mood. And the food there is very good.

And a little more about not very good things. We rested in the Renaissance 4 years ago and then all Russian speakers were settled outside the hotel, i.e. to the reception. It was very audible when new tourists drove up, that is, the noise of an approaching bus, which is not very pleasant. Strange, to put it mildly. I was indignant and we moved to a room in the center of the hotel. )
