Good afternoon! There was an experience in 2007, a transfer to the airport, at about 6 am, 40 minutes of flight, an individual guide in a car: first, a visit to a mosque of some kind, after driving through Cairo to the pyramids, it’s already to your taste: go down to the tomb or just take a photo about 1.5-2 hours, after the store of oils and papyrus (imposed), then the Cairo Museum - approx. 3 hours, after lunch on the banks of the Nile, and then you are stupidly brought to the hotel to wait for the return flight to Sharm. the direction of departure is indicated, only the time :-) Be sure to bring bottled water and comfortable shoes with you!

We also flew by plane. At seven in the morning we flew to Cairo, put on a bus, drove around Cairo, a museum (about three hours), on the way to the pyramids they brought us to a perfume shop, pyramids 2 hours, sphinx 1 hour, lunch, papyrus factory, jeweler, passage through the Nile (there small stop), airport. The flight was delayed for 2 hours, spent a lot of time at the airport and ended up being late for dinner :( Of course, these idiotic shops are asking, it would be better to stay in the museum longer.
Please note that excursions to Cairo are currently cancelled.

I read a review about how a girl bought tickets on her own and went to the pyramids, I don’t remember from Sharm or Hurghada. described on this site
it’s like an option if there are no excursions, but personally I don’t advise

That's just rage arises from your oils and papyri! Are excursions really so cheap that it is necessary to “rob” tourists in time? And these shops with oils are a mockery! I ran away from it in about five minutes, because I felt that I was starting to feel sick :( I had to stand in the heat on the street and wait until everyone was smeared and this filth was smelled more. When, finally, everyone loaded onto the bus, I thought that here it is my death - this smelly shop moved right into it! Fortunately, it’s close to the pyramids from there and I managed to get out alive into the light of day and the air, albeit hot. Then, two hours later, when everyone returned to the bus, it was already no one smelled of these "super-resistant" oils))) Still that breeder :-)

Everyone is very hard to please. People came to me in equal measure to book Cairo, people who do not want shops, and who insist on them. Many people who do not want shops took a prostitute (both a plane and a bus, it turns out not much more expensive, but in their free time they still visit something with us).

Well, I would divide excursions into "with shopping" and without. You do excursions with shopping. I will never in my life believe that there are as many people who want to visit these idiotic factories as there are people who resent them.

So we do them without shopping, but they turn out to be more expensive)))))))) since 2-3 hours do you need to take something? so you have to increase the program. Those who travel for the first time, basically everyone visits and wants to get to the oil factory too. This is who is not the first time in Egypt, he does not want any factories.
Any whim as they say))))))

Any excursion ends with a visit to idiotic shops, factories, etc. with a price much higher than in other stores. Even before the flight on the way to the airport, while the rise was at 3-30 in the morning, there was a delivery for half an hour to an idiotic store, it would be better to oversleep this time. Zadolbali you with this "service" (Egyptians, travel agencies, representatives).

At the moment it is better to refuse excursions to Cairo. And in general (do not throw slippers at me) there is nothing to do there. I lived on the street at the end of which stood the pyramids. Sea of impressions - but more negative. The main attraction is the local camel breeders.

from Sharm el-Sheikh, excursions to Cairo, Alexandria (for a long time), as well as to Israel, Jordan and Luxor, to Mount Moses have been temporarily canceled.
There is only a 2-day one, which used to be like one day.
