I would book an individual tour, and by plane. Especially since you are with children. Why bother if you fly on your own, spend no less money, that's for sure. If you can pay for services, pay and use. you will have a car at your disposal. I went to Cairo by bus and really regretted that I didn’t order an individual tour, and that I didn’t fly by plane.
